Are there any Zoom Certified of Approved USB to HDMI Adaptors for a 4th display used as a confidence monitor?

Not specifically, no.

No public-facing list or KB exists (and it's unlikely that anyone at Zoom is actively testing this, considering it's like pulling teeth to find someone in the Zoom organization that has any given piece of Zoom 'Certified' hardware for bug repro). Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but hope this answers your question.

Anecdotally, ANY adapter that presents a logical video output to the OS (Win/Mac) should work fine. The Zoom application is merely looking for logical/physical monitor connections and isn't discriminating (no allowlist for adapters or anything like that).
