Seeking Feedback on Whiteboard + Breakout Room Integration
👋 Hi everyone,
We’ve been hearing a lot of feedback around using Whiteboards inside breakout rooms—for example:

Hosts want each breakout group to have its own editable whiteboard (sometimes pre-populated with a template or image).

Participants want to keep working on their whiteboard even after moving between main session and breakouts.

Facilitators want to bring breakout whiteboards back into the main session for group debriefs.
We’ve created a solution that aims to address these needs. With it, hosts can:

Pre-assign whiteboards to breakout rooms before or during the meeting.

Ensure participants in each room can edit their assigned board without needing complicated workarounds (no copy-pasting links, no broadcasting links in chat).

Seamlessly bring whiteboards back into the main session for review and discussion.

Reuse those whiteboards in future sessions if desired.
