Several weeks ago I checked the box to create audio transcript for my meeting recordings and it's been working great until today when my meeting/recording did not transcribe. I have the video and audio files but no transcript files. I looked in settings and found that the check-box was not checked and the ability to check it was locked by admin. How did this box become unchecked and why do I no longer have the ability to check it? Is there a way to get my transcript (from the existing recording) if the create audio transcript function is enabled? Thank you!
Anyone else finding the support centre not responding? I've submitted two requests and no answer.Since Zoom changed to Zoom Workplace i it takes about 20 mins for a meeting to open and then says video not working. I have tried 'clean up zoom' and reinstalling - still same problem. Frustrating when you pay a premium for Pro and support can't even acknowledge you!
Hello,I am receiving an unusual error when making a GET request to the /users/{userId}/meetings Zoom v2 API endpoint. I am trying to simply list a user's meetings, but the API is returning an error that is typically associated with creating or scheduling meetings.Error : code: 3161 message: "Your user account is not allowed meeting hosting and scheduling capabilities." The same request to other users are being successful, but for one user this error occurs. Given that this is a GET request, I believe this may be an unexpected error. I am looking for guidance on what could be causing a "hosting and scheduling" error on a read-only endpoint.
I was wondering if the ability to customize the zoom notification sound is something that has been implemented yet, as I saw this question asked back in 2022 but it's 3 years later. Has it ever become a thing?
The virtual background on zoom has an embedded picture in category of none and blur. I have no idea how the objects were embedded. I have spent hours looking for a solution. Can anyone assist how to remove embedded picture in category of none and blur?
Is this possible? I like everything backed up, so would prefer recording my meeting to computer AND cloud.
One of my users cannot answer calls from the lock screen on his Samsung S23. If the phone is unlocked he can answer calls just fine but when the screen is locked there's just a progress circle animation that says please wait. We tested this on a Google Pixel and there was no issue answering from the lock screen. Any insight on what may be causing his problem?

We occasionally run into an issue where an upcoming Zoom meeting has to be cancelled and a new one created simply because you do not allow the addition of co-hosts when scheduling a meeting (occasionally the original host cannot attend). We thought we had found an answer to this with the Alternative Host option, as they could start a meaning in the host's absence. However, we were cut off at the knees with this when it turns out that the Alternative host is required to be a user in the same account. This cannot work for us. The domain is verified and active in Azure AD. In 2020 during the early days of COVID, using the Zoom website, I created a recurring meeting/no fixed time for a study group that meets weekly. Separately, I created a recurring meeting in Outlook and set the location to be the Zoom meeting link/URL. The Outlook meeting repeated for 6 months then I created a new Outlook meeting for the next 6 months.... This worked great for years.Earlier this year, in Zoom, my recurring meeting magically changed to separate meetings once each week, matching the meeting cadence in Outlook. This was unwanted behavior. I made no changes in Outlook. At the time, I had integration turned on so Zoom would see the meetings and display a notification to start the meeting (on Windows 11 Pro).I've been advised to turn off the integration on both sides (which I've done) to address a related issue.I've tried changing the meeting in Zoom to non-recurring via the Zoom website - cleared the recurring check box, saved the change,

I learn through virtual classes, and the educational institution I attend teaches them through a professional video camera that focuses on the classroom whiteroom, and its quality is very low on the device I'm using, even though I have good internet connection. I used another device where the video quality was high resolution and used the same internet connection I have now. I'm running an online language exchange, and we have breakout rooms for each language. I want participants to be able to move freely between breakout rooms to practise different languages. As host it is great to be able to see how many people are in each room, however participants have told me that they don't get this option, so for them they don't know which rooms are already too busy (we try to keep the groups small).Does anyone know any way of letting participants know how many people are in each breakout room, before they join? Is there also any way to limit numbers of people in each room, to 5 for example, so once it gets to that number no extras can join?
Recently my workplace has been running into an issue with Zoom when our webcam is streaming its picture on the screen. Zoom will be slow to respond to any clicks such as muting, minimizing, maximizing windows, moving the window around, etc. The network connection seems normal, talking to people and camera movement seem to work normally. Resource Manager shows around 60%-70% usage of CPU / RAM during a meeting and the SSD has plenty of space available. What's odd is nothing else seems to run slow during this time, only Zoom. Microsoft Teams does not experience this issue.I have tried the following:1. Updating windows to the newest version, reinstalling zoom2. Rolling back windows updates and graphics drivers to the last known working version3. Changing the webcam from a Logitech Brio to a Logitech 9604. Changing the PC to a different PC (we have two boardrooms it's happening to both)5. Tried both 32 bit and 64 bit installs6. Ensured Logitech webcam software was up to date and only
I use Zoom as a single person, not part of a company or other organization; just me.In the Meeting Summary, Next Steps, I got next steps for some people who I don't know and who were discussing things not being discussed in my meeting. The Quick Recap and Summary sections of the AI notes were correct. I just got Next Steps from my meeting and some other random meeting with people I don't even know and action items I do not understand.How does this happen? Can my Next Steps be shared with others who I didn't give approval to; to folks outside of me and my meeting group that I don't know, info shared with other organizations? YIKES!
Hi everyone,I was added today as an admin to our Zoom Workplace Pro account, currently with a Basic license. Within this account, we have five dedicated training rooms (each set up as an individual account with a Zoom Workplace Pro license).Previously, when accessing the owner’s account, also with a Basic license, I was able to create Zoom links for future courses under these training room accounts. However, under my admin account, when I view the upcoming meetings for the training rooms, the option to schedule a meeting is not visible.Could you confirm if it’s possible to schedule meetings for these training room accounts as an admin, and if so, guide me on how to enable this feature?
Hello, I'm visually impaired and require larger font sizes. Using Ctrl +/- works as expected within the Chat window. It doesn't work for the Question and Answer window. Is it possible to increase the font size for that window?
