Use the slides as virtual backgroud

I cannot click on the option to 'use slides as virtual background'  when sharing my background,  there was a yellow exclamation mark on the option. How can I address this problem.

Hi , welcome to Zoom Community! To share slides as a virtual background, please review if you meet the following requirements: 

 
Presenter requirements:

 

Viewer requirements:

  • Zoom desktop app for Windows, macOS, or Linux: Global minimum version or higher
  • Zoom mobile app for Android or iOS: Global minimum version or higher

    Note: If a participant is joining from the Web client, a Zoom Room, or 3rd party endpoint, they will view the slides as a normal screen share, and the presenter's video will not be imposed over the slides.

Hi KhatC, thanks for sharing the requirements.
I remember reading that “Share slides as a virtual background” was going to be removed in version 6.3.0, but I still see the option in my Zoom desktop app (version 6.5.7)
Does this mean the feature has been officially restored, or is it still planned to be removed in a future update?

I have the same issue - and all the lates system updates and requirements. still getting the yellow triangle and greyed out icon.

I've the same problem and I don't understand.
