I learn through virtual classes, and the educational institution I attend teaches them through a professional video camera that focuses on the classroom whiteroom, and its quality is very low on the device I'm using, even though I have good internet connection. I used another device where the video quality was high resolution and used the same internet connection I have now. I've already tried upgrading my current device to Windows 11 and updating the Zoom app, but the problem persists. Thank you for reading me.
A few months ago, I was at a conference, or the person was at one of my conferences (I don't remember which one), and I lost access to him. Is it possible to find the history of this?
I'm running an online language exchange, and we have breakout rooms for each language. I want participants to be able to move freely between breakout rooms to practise different languages. As host it is great to be able to see how many people are in each room, however participants have told me that they don't get this option, so for them they don't know which rooms are already too busy (we try to keep the groups small).Does anyone know any way of letting participants know how many people are in each breakout room, before they join? Is there also any way to limit numbers of people in each room, to 5 for example, so once it gets to that number no extras can join?
Recently my workplace has been running into an issue with Zoom when our webcam is streaming its picture on the screen. Zoom will be slow to respond to any clicks such as muting, minimizing, maximizing windows, moving the window around, etc. The network connection seems normal, talking to people and camera movement seem to work normally. Resource Manager shows around 60%-70% usage of CPU / RAM during a meeting and the SSD has plenty of space available. What's odd is nothing else seems to run slow during this time, only Zoom. Microsoft Teams does not experience this issue.I have tried the following:1. Updating windows to the newest version, reinstalling zoom2. Rolling back windows updates and graphics drivers to the last known working version3. Changing the webcam from a Logitech Brio to a Logitech 9604. Changing the PC to a different PC (we have two boardrooms it's happening to both)5. Tried both 32 bit and 64 bit installs6. Ensured Logitech webcam software was up to date and only
I use Zoom as a single person, not part of a company or other organization; just me.In the Meeting Summary, Next Steps, I got next steps for some people who I don't know and who were discussing things not being discussed in my meeting. The Quick Recap and Summary sections of the AI notes were correct. I just got Next Steps from my meeting and some other random meeting with people I don't even know and action items I do not understand. How does this happen? Can my Next Steps be shared with others who I didn't give approval to; to folks outside of me and my meeting group that I don't know, info shared with other organizations? YIKES!
Hi everyone,I was added today as an admin to our Zoom Workplace Pro account, currently with a Basic license. Within this account, we have five dedicated training rooms (each set up as an individual account with a Zoom Workplace Pro license).Previously, when accessing the owner’s account, also with a Basic license, I was able to create Zoom links for future courses under these training room accounts. However, under my admin account, when I view the upcoming meetings for the training rooms, the option to schedule a meeting is not visible.Could you confirm if it’s possible to schedule meetings for these training room accounts as an admin, and if so, guide me on how to enable this feature?
Hello, I'm visually impaired and require larger font sizes. Using Ctrl +/- works as expected within the Chat window. It doesn't work for the Question and Answer window. Is it possible to increase the font size for that window?
How do I turn off just the missed or accepted calls on my chats it is making me have more chats and I want my calls separate as notifications
Hello,We host a Moodle LMS system. I am aware of the Zoom plugin for Moodle. It works well. But the client has a different requirement. The clients want the Zoom meeting to run within the course. That means it should be embed in the course activity. The students do not need to use the local Zoom software. According to my observation, I believe this is the suitable one.Zoom Meeting SDK Web Sample (https://github.com/zoom/meetingsdk-web-sample) But how can we run the application as a Moodle plugin? We are not hoping to publish it to the market place. We just want to run it only in the Moodle system only and for the private use only.If the above web sample is not the ideal solution, please let me know the best one. Thanks.
Ever since a couple weeks ago Participants Windows are Bouncing Around on screen depending on who is speaking. It is only happening for the users with iPads and there is no way to prevent it or turn it off. Anyone know how to fix or prevent? Thanks vm
Is anyone else experiencing in gallery view, all participant profiles randomly switch from left to right virtually every nanosecond?
We have recently integrated Zoom with our ServiceNow instance and the team handling phone calls in the workspaces area has advised the Zoom Contact Center UI takes up a large portion of the screen and closing the phone while on a call has caused issues for some. You can drag it and move it to another part of the existing window, but is there an option to pop it out into it's own window?
Since my last update my zoom camera keeps flikering and turning the screen greenI have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom several timesI have taken my laptop to a tech support who has checked my device and there are no faultsI have tried using a webcam - this did not resolve the problemI do not have this problem on my phone camera or my notebook chromeThis only happens on my laptop which is running on windows 10Is anyone else having this problem and managed to resolve it?
I have many users with Zoom video flickering issues over the past week. They have changed ports for their cameras and also tried new cameras. Nothing has worked. Would anyone know if there is a fix for this?
When I schedule a recurring meeting on a daily, weekly or monthly basis you have the option for the participants to register, when the recurrence is no fixed time this option does not appear. I changed the recurrence from daily to no fixed time and my registrations disappeared, how can I see the registrations?
When I am co-hosting and with participants privilege for unmuting, sharing, renaming disabled, I see a visible green tick ✅ against one participant name when I move the mouse over the participant. What does it indicate?! (I was using zoom version 6.5.6)
Has anyone noticed that with the upgrade to Zoom Workspace Zoom slows down and inhibits use of other programs at the same time? Personally, I love the video-conferencing features of Zoom. I have never needed nor do I want a scheduler, a calendar, interpretation, AI companion and all the rest. Please can we have a version that just provides video conferencing, sharing and the chatbox. Thank you
Hi Team, there is a new Release for VMware Horizon Client available since christmas. This release (https://customerconnect.omnissa.com/downloads/details?downloadGroup=CART25FQ4_WIN_2412&productId=1562&rPId=118884) got renamed from VMware to Omnissa. This also impacted the installed path location on Windows device."C:\Program Files\Omnissa\Omnissa Horizon Client\horizon-client.exe"If you now want to installed the Zoom VDI plugin it will not detected anymore the installed "VMware Horizon Client". So Zoom VDI optimatization can't be used in a Horizon VDI environment. Is Zoom already working on a new release to support the lastest Omnissa Client for Windows? Thanks a lot,Eric
Hello,Is it possible to have multiple admin on a recurring meeting so that anyone can enter who is invited? Many Thanks,Fi4
In the past my Zoom account when I create meetings automatically populate my Apple Calendar, this no longer works. I have tried calendar choices but gives Sign in with google or Microsoft, nothing to do with Apple Mail. I have tried my gmail account through sign in with Google but still does not appear. Help
I have a meeting I created in zoom. It is appearing on my calendar in zoom, but it doesn't appear in my GOogle calendar. All of my google calendar entries appear in zoom calendar.
Yeti mic is working on all apps except zoom. Recently upgraded to MacBook Pro M3. Zoom recognizes the Yeti and chooses it when I plug in, but no sound is going through. I've done a mic test in zoom, and there's no sound coming through. I tried updating to the latest version of zoom, but it still doesn't work. Anyone else having this problem? Thanks.
Hello — We use Zoom webinars on a regular basis. My boss is typically the one who hosts the webinars and has the webinar license in his Zoom account. I am the one who typically sets up and manages the webinar in his Zoom account. However, this is turning into an issue with me having to access his account (especially with 2 factor authentication). What are best practices here? Should I move the Zoom license to my account and add him as a co-host (I typically join the webinars in the background as a co-host/panelist with my video & audio off)? As far as I can tell, the only downside is that he would not be able to start the practice session and I would just need to do that.
I have free zoom account. My client from China was not able to join my zoom link & was getting error code 13215. How to fix that?
We had to kick a bomber out last night (profanity, racial slurs, sharing live video of him doing inappropriate things to himself). I've filled out all the necessary fields to confirm the report but there's a spiral spinning under the "Other Files, Screenshots, Transcripts" field and nothing happens when I hit the Confirm button. If anyone knows what the problem is, please let me know.
