Presence status stuck on “Offline”
My Zoom account has been stuck showing “Offline” for several days.
Both I and my contacts see each other as offline, and my status cannot be changed manually.
I have already tried the following steps, but the issue persists:
• Signed out and signed back in
• Selected “Sign Me Out From All Devices” on the web
• Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
• Restarted my device
• Checked both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections
Despite all of this, my account still shows “Offline” and I can’t join or host meetings properly.
Even when I try to manually set my status to "Available" from the status settings, nothing happens.
When I log in through the Zoom website, I see a red message next to my profile that says "Not connected."
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I really need this resolved before Thursday afternoon, as I have to use Zoom for class again.
