Hello,We are currently using the Zoom CTI integration with Salesforce for our call center operations. After each call, a task is automatically created in Salesforce when the call is dispositioned, which is great. However, the task automatically pops up on the screen, interrupting the flow for our reps as they need to manually close the task window before they can make their next call.We want the task to be created as expected but would like to prevent it from automatically opening and disrupting the workflow. Is there a way to:Ensure that the task is still created after call disposition.Prevent the task from automatically opening in Salesforce after it's created, allowing the reps to continue working without the interruption.Any guidance or suggestions on how to configure this behavior would be greatly appreciated. I’ve had a couple of conversations with other Events producers about the recent change to the appearance of the Track Filter on the Events Sessions tab. The one on Zoomtopia for example:One producer had originally created their upcoming event with a number of tracks to indicate topic areas of their 200+ sessions. As you can see from the Zoomtopia example, the “sliding tab bar” quickly fills up, and you can’t see the rest without sliding. Okay, I get it. But what order are the tracks listed in?(A) We haven’t been able to figure it out, and…(B) There don’t appear to be any way for the Host to control the order. Alphabetical would be a nice start. Allowing the Host to manage an orderable list would be better. Any thoughts?
I have been using Zoom to teach voice lessons online since Covid, and while there were sometimes some lag or freezing, I could always hear my students sing. Starting 2-3 months ago, the audio in Zoom became increasingly more problematic, and now doesn't work any more at all for singing. At present, I am only using Zoom for one student. We can hear each other speak, he can hear my keyboad, and he can hear when I sing to demonstrate, but I cannot hear him half the time. The sound cuts in and out. Why is this? Something obviously changed at Zoom. There has been no change to either of our computers. What changes did Zoom make to audio that created this problem?
I’m noticing that my Zoom Room calendar integration prompts me to reauthorize every 30ish days. Has anyone else run into this? Is it normal to have to reconnect on a regular cadence, or could something be misconfigured?

Received an unexpected email from Secure Zoom Document with an invitation to View an attached document. Don't know the sender. As a CPA and Tax Preparer I do not open attachments that are emailed. I’m trying to record a Zoom meeting or webinar to my computer (not a live session — just a local recording), and I need help with the layout settings.I’m using a layout where my silhouette (the cut-out of me without the background) is placed over my shared screen (I’m sharing Canva slides). I love this effect and want only that silhouette of me visible in the recording.However, when I watch the recording, I see:The silhouette of me (which is great)Plus a second box in the top right corner showing my webcam video with a white background (which I don’t want).Is there a way to only record the silhouette overlay and remove that extra video box from the final recording? Or do I have to crop it out myself?I’m not sure what the official Zoom term is for this kind of layout — maybe it’s called "immersive view", “avatar,” or some kind of “overlay” feature — so I’d really appreciate any clarification on that too.Thanks in advance!

I am using an Android Tablet. I have the requirement to share my screen and play an video (with audio) from a website. When I share my screen, I am choosing the option to Share Audio: ON. However, I am unable to hear the audio. Video is obviously visible. To troubleshoot, I played a clip from YouTube app - I am able to hear the sound and also see the video. However, when I open YouTube on a web browser - Chorme/ Edge, I am unable to hear the audio. I have checked all the permissions for Zoom, uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom app, etc. Nothing seem to work. Could anyone help?
I need to stress first that I've never had issues with the sound on this speaker before. But now it seems like no matter what I do, if I try to go into a zoom meeting the volume is to the max. I have been googling how to fix this and literally nothing does. Let me tell you what I have tried so far: Went into setting and put the audio at almost all the way down. Tested the audio. Still blasting and way to high.Went into sound on my computer with the speaker. Put it down to 2. Tested the audio. Still freakishly loud.Went into sound mixer. Lowered just zoom this time. Tested it. Sound still louder than the music I listen to. And I listen to rock music. Went into setting on my computer. Went to the section where I can adjust for apps. Lowered zoom too what is suppose to be very low. Tested the audio. Still so loud I'm afraid my neighbors hear it and are getting annoyed with me and all
The org I work for recently completed a multi-day online conference using Zoom webinars, and the entire conference was recorded to cloud. There was also Spanish and ASL interpretation for the entire conference. As I have been working with the various recording files, I have found that the Spanish interpretation audio is consistently out of sync with the video files. This is occurs even if I give a generous lead gap for the start of the Spanish audio... the interpretation ends several minutes before the video and falls further out of sync (ahead of) the video as it gets longer. I have discovered that I can approximately correct this discrepancy if I slow-down the interpretation audio by around 5% (playback at 95% speed). The audio at 95% also sounds more natural, which makes me think that this discrepancy is an artifact of Zoom's audio compression. Hi, we are currently setting up our call queues and a feature we had with our old system was that a caller can Press 1 anytime to go straight to the voicemail of the call queue instead of waiting. Is it something possible with Zoom Phone system? Thanks in advance!
It seems when a meeting has been rescheduled, or starts early the companion is not on. I click and it shows companion IS on but at the end there isn't a summary. This is super frustrating. Any pointers on this? Thank you
Hey Zoom team, We have started to use Zoom simulive for running regular trainings as part of our scaled customer onboarding programme (All of these were live previously). We always have moderators proactively sharing information in the chat as well as answering questions in the Q&A but we have found that the experience for the user is a lot less personable before given that the moderator cannot be seen on camera also.Is this something that you are planning to implement for simulive? It's a major blocker for us. I understand that it's possible to do the live Q&A afterwards but without being able to see the moderators during the session there has been some accusations that it is not even real people in the chat and that they are AI bots. Hi all, Is there any other way to view workspace questionnaire results other than to download the CSV report from the Dashboard? I want to use the questionnaire to gather event requirements when a user books a Zoom Room (e.g. number of attendees, catering required, etc...) but find it cumbersome to download the report each time I need to the view the results. I am attempting to update the email address associated with a license on one of my site's subaccounts. Initially, I created a new user account associated with the new email address, and deactivated + transferred the old account's license to the new account. However, I forgot that there was an upcoming webinar still scheduled on the old account, so I deleted the pending user and returned the license to the old account.I then remembered that I could simply update the account's sign-in email to the new email address in user management. However, when I enter the new email address and complete the captcha, I receive an error message saying that "email 'xxxxx' has already been used."I can no longer see an account associated with that email under neither users nor pending users in the subaccount, and I can confirm that the email is not in use among any other subaccounts nor our main Zoom account.Is my deleted invitation to that email address still cached somewhere, and if so, can it be remove
Why is my Zoom Scheduler showing No Availability when I have time available for bookings? It has nothing to do with conflict with my other calendars, I have time available for sure. I don't understand why it has the whole day showing no availability. I would attach pictures here to show but not sure how.
I need your help and collective wisdom, I am having some issues while sharing my PowerPoint presentations and viewing my presentation notes at the same time (I want my presentation notes to be visible only to me, not to the participants). I have both MacBook Air and mac book pro m3 laptops, I have the same issue on both.1) When I do Presentation View in PPT slideshow options, everyone can see my presentation notes in the side panel. I want only me to see the presentation notes. What can I do to prevent others from viewing them? 2) When I do Basic Screen Sharing of my PPT, I cannot see my presentation notes in the side panel. So when I choose Advanced Share Screen - and make a section of the screen, it appears as a blurry quality resolution for most participants. The framed part of the shared slide appears clear on my side, but not for everyone else. 3) Before sharing, I open my own slide in presenter mode. I would really love to see an RTT feature implemented on Zoom phone as a basic accessibility need. It is crucial to be able to make and receive calls as RTT for the system to be accessible to all. I can't find any way to make/receive RTT calls at the moment.
Hello, Even though my microphone works correctly during meetings (the green level indicator moves and the test microphone feature works), my recordings contain no sound at all.I have tried both cloud recording and local recording → in both cases, the MP4 and M4A files are completely silent.My microphone is not muted during the meeting.I verified that all recording settings are enabled in my Zoom account (record active speaker, record audio file, etc.).I tested with different microphones and manually selected the device in Zoom settings.I updated Zoom to the latest version (Zoom Workplace).I restarted my computer after reinstalling.My network statistics show normal values (latency, jitter, packet loss = 0%).Despite all this, the audio track is still missing from every recording.Can you please help to solve the problem and understand why Zoom is not saving audio in my recordings, even though the microphone works correctly in meetings? Hello So I wanted some people to join a meeting but they can't use internet. In the UK it was free to dial in to a meeting using ordinary minutes on a phone plan. Anyway, I digress. I live in Africa now. The current option is to put my phone next to the computer speaker and they ring me and listen on an ordinary phone call. Not ideal, but it works. Just wanted to ask on here in case there are any other options, like somehow plugging the computer sound direct to the phone. Thanks!
Does anyone know the correct settings I should have for Zoom permissions to make the audio output work for my headphones? Zoom tech support does not. My headphones work for Zoom meetings for people inside my organization, but not when I need to have a meeting with someone outside of my organization. However, my headphones work for every other application I use. I have a new MSI laptop that this is happening on. It's running Win 11 and I have Zoom Workplace Pro Version 6.5.7 (9933) I have to keep my old laptop just for Zoom meetings because it works on that machine. (Dell) I don't know how to check settings or permissions, so please feel free to walk me though this like I'm 2 years old...LOL. Thanks for any help.
