Over the last few days, my audio goes out during meetings on my laptop. It does it on its own. I am not touching the keyboard at all. I have not changed any settings. If I close out the session and relaunch, the audio is good at first but then goes out again. It takes less than a minute after logging on for it to occur. I cleared the cache and that didn’t help. I reinstalled the app and that didn’t help. My drivers are up to date and I have plenty of capacity on my laptop. I tried different headsets. There is no difference, and I can listen to online videos without any problem. This also happens when I change the source from headset to computer speaker. I don't have this problem on my other computer. The maker of the computer with this problem checked it for any errors or settings issues, and nothing was found to be a problem. Hi, I use my Zoom AI Companion to record and take notes of my Teams meetings as well. I just got a new laptop and for some reason it does not record the other participants in my Teams meeting now - it only records and keeps the transcript for me. How do I fix this issue? Thanks Bob

I recently recorded a meeting (local recording) and I had my computer in Gallery mode. I didn’t realize it would record in the gallery view; what I wanted was only the feed from me. Is there anyway to access other recording viewed so that only have my feed, the speaker, instead of the full gallery?
We have a CAP that a department wants to make available for customers to be able to call a specific set of support numbers. I have been unable to find how to create an outbound “whitelist” or way to restrict everything but these numbers. Has anyone encountered this scenario before?

Sorry if I’m asking this question in the wrong forum but I couldn’t find a relevant one… I just signed up for Zoom Basic but when it came to downloading the software it insisted that I download Zoom Workspace edition. How/where can I download Zoom Basic?
My workplace app has not been working for the past 3 weeks. Anytime I try to log into the app it gives me message that it’s unable to connect, sometimes it connects, but looses connection a few seconds after. My internet connection is fine. I can log into the workplace app on other devices. I’ve reset network setting and cleared cache on this particular laptop. I’ve also uninstalled an installed the app, but it’s still not working.
Up to recently the feature of activating Full Transcript in a non-recorded meeting was available; however, currently it is locked by Admin. Is there any way to enable that feature? Thank you.
My video filters suddenly disappeared. I am running Zoom 5.8 and I have had no problem before. I checked my account and Video Filters is selected. I reset but still no sign of them in video settings when I enter a meeting. What's up?
Hi, I want to know if it is possible to inject multiple audio channels (DANTE) directly into Zoom Rooms for the language interpretation. This way, you don't need to have multiple laptops for each language. It's easier when the translators are physically present in the same place and the translation needs to be sent via Zoom. With the recent update, has anyone else noticed that the pop-out chat window was removed for (multiple) users on Zoom Workplace 7.0.5; not present in right-click menu nor in-chat … menu; If you recently updated your version, it disappears after application restart. :(
I’m teaching English in Japan and Zoom classes are generally one on one. I’m using Version: 7.0.5 (81138) on an iMac/MacOS 25.6. If I share audio from the textbook we are using via the Mac’s Music app I am often unable to hear student responses when it is their turn to speak They can hear me. I can see their lips moving but audio does not work. We pause. I ask them to count to five. I ask random questions and after a while the audio link is reestablished. Yesterday, after a particularly long interruption when none of the Q&A hacks helped I asked the student to mute and unmute their mic and this did the trick. Are other users experiencing the same trouble? It seems to have been getting worse in recent weeks. Zoom’s updates are less frequent. If this is a widespread problem has anyone had advice from Zoom’s Support system? I have contacted them a number of times on various issues and not once have I received a response.
I’ve been absolutely inundated with robo-calls lately. Is there something I can enable in my dashboard to prevent these? Is there some sort of prompt where the caller must press a number to be connected, or something like that?
I have uploaded latest Zoom Version am using Windows 11 again which I have just updated and I am using Zoom for first time next week with a Virtual course , the Video works fine but every time I go to access the Microphone to switch on it asks me to go to Settings to let Zoom have Access to Microphone - Both Tabs in Settings are set to accept microphone for Apps and other users. The correct microphone is listed on Zoom so it has found it OK but just will not access it. I have been into Device Manager and checked Microphone in there and there were to check boxes ticked for certain apps to take priority on the Microphone which I unchecked but still it does not accept. Anyone else come across this problem ??
This red dot from the Zoom dock icon needs to go. It entirely bypasses the system preferences, even if you disable badges and notifications the red dot persists as long as you have unread Team Chats.This is entirely unnecessary and horrible UX design.

the Zoom Workplace I've had issues with my meeting closing all of a sudden at the beginning of meetings. I don't have an internet problem because, I am connected via a fiber optic. What to do especially, I just using the pro system with monthly payment. I am not satisfied and I count to leave and to try another system for my video meetings

Is there a fix to print a clean-looking Zoom document with a header that includes a data table? I've printed and distributed a PDF with a data table from Zoom Docs on Chrome for the past four months. Recently (last week), the data table has been pushing itself 1 page down from where the header of the document is. No matter what I try, using different web engines, computers, deleting cookies, or changing print settings (page size, borders, scale, etc.), nothing seems to work. To add to this, the new PDF export also doesn't support data tables. If anyone has a workaround for printing a PDF with a data table, I'm all ears. All I know is that it was working two weeks ago, and now it's not.
