I forgot to record a super important meeting.. is there a way to retrieve this meeting?

Hello. If you did not record a meeting to the cloud or locally, no, you can't go back and retrieve it. It would be a security issue since when a meeting recording starts, a message is played and displayed on the screen for the meeting participants.

If I was the only one in the meeting. I can ask for the recording without security issues

I am having the same issue here. I hope zoom do special request on cases like this. I only notice it was not recorded after the meeting end. previously when I host zoom meeting it automatically records. unfortunately, during my recent important meeting that i host it did not auto record. If zoom could not have this function to retrieve or release the recording due to security purpose. It would be great if zoom has a function that sends notification to all participants and release the recording upon every participants approval. This would help a lot. especially important recordings as the recording might not just be important to host but might be important for all participant during the meeting.
