How can we confirm to Zoom meeting participants that AI is not enabled? It is very important because it is supposed to be an anonymous participation and nothing is supposed to be transcript out of the reunion.
I tried touch up my appearance. Hated the orange lipstick effect. Toggled it off and rebooted computer. Still have orange lips despite the change/reversal. Please advise how to rectify.
I have one google account but a few sub calendars under that don't seem to be syncing up with my zoom app. Is there a way to ensure that all calendars under my google account are appearing in the zoom meetings section? Most of these have zoom links in them.
Installed the updated Zoom for Lightning (Salesforce Managed package) 2.16 but every user is getting prompted to connect Error: "To be able to use the Zoom Phone integration please complete the OAuth in Zoom Phone Settings" When I click that link, it takes you to a "Zoom Phone Settings" page that only admins have access to. I clicked "Authorize from Zoom App Marketplace" and logged into Zoom with my SSO. All looks good for me and I can use the CTI adaptor in Salesforce.Issue is that every user is getting this error and are getting redirected to an admin only page in Salesforce. I have uninstalled (deleted everything) and reinstalled the Zoom package multiple times with the same issue. We didn't have an issue with Zooms 2023 SF package or previous versions.
I am hoping you guys can help me.When i answer a zoom phone call, about 20 seconds into the call, the sound/mic will completely stop.This happens with internal and external calls.I have checked firewall settings, uninstalled/installed zoom and Jabra direct for my headset.I have also tried USB and Bluetooth headsets.Changed PCs. It has to be a zoom issues, but checking the call logs, the signal is not lost and all shows no problems.Everything is all up to date.All settings match on zoom and the pc settings. There is no pattern.5 out of 6 calls will do this. Sometimes cut out at 20 seconds, other times I can be on the phone for 20 minutes and it will then cut out.An error message pops up saying Microphone has stopped working properly.I can then make another call straightaway while the error message is showing and it will work perfectly.Again could be 20 seconds, could be 20 minutes before it stops working.TIA

I just started my own small business and set up a zoom phone number. I am still working part-time at my former job until they can find a replacement. My former employer also used Zoom phones. Here is the question, I'd like to connect to both systems during the workday on one computer, so I can monitor both while working. Is there any way to do this or is the only solution to open the different systems on different computers? Thanks for any insight.

Some clients and coworkers have issues with my head movement when I walk on the treadmill during Zoom meetings. Can anyone recommend video stabilization software I could use to resolve? I use an HD Pro Webcam C920. If software won't resolve is there a recommended camera that would resolve.
I used Production Studio to make a scene template for my Zoom Event. How do I make use of that template for the various sessions in my Event? The documentation is very silent on scene templates.
I paid for the Pro license, but despite that, even after 3 days I am still treated as "basic". Yes, I log in with the same account from which I did the purchase. The purchase was acknowledged by Zoom - they even sent me the bill. The most frustrating thing is that I cannot even open a support ticket, because the system has to recognise you as Pro, and I am taken as Basic. Chatbot is a waste of time...I tried sending mail to the billing (to the email I got my bill from), but no-one seems to attend those. What is happening? I need help urgently.
I NEED TO TURN OFF the AI panel. I logged onto zoom on-line and TURNED OFF ALL AI Companion choices. But it keeps appearing using THE APP even though I have closed the app repeatedly (as AI said to...hahahahaha) the invasive, distracting panel is still there. I open a calendar entry, the background is white, then I add Zoom Meeting, then the background turns black. How can I change this?
Within the past month or so, whenever I schedule a meeting and add invitees, they do not receive the email. I have to send a separate email with a Zoom link that I copied from the original. How do I fix this? It is very frustrating that people are not receiving the emails for the meeting. Please help! Thanks, Chris
I need to see all participant boxes in my gallery view recording, even those who have no video up. I just had a recording with 15 people and a bunch of them did not have video up, but they occasionally spoke. I can't tell who is speaking because none of their boxes appear in the gallery view recording. I have "Hide Non video participants" unchecked in the app.
To put it shortly I have uploaded all the documents with their respective names. I have attached information for the reviewer how to log in and test it. It got rejected with the claim “you haven’t uploaded any info for reviewer / no documentation” I also have not seen ANY attempt to log in from the reviewer’s end and I have RUM set up with Datadog. What can I do? I attempted to communicate by responding to the reviewers notes and no response. What should I do?
Hi there, I have just downloaded Zoom app on my mobile, an iphone 6 with iOS 15.8.6. (I can't do any further ios updates, they no longer allow it for iphone 6.)The behaviour of the drawing tool seems strange, and I'm wondering if that's normal or a fault with my phone situation. Anything you draw, only lasts for about 3 seconds and then fades to nothing. Below is an image of a shape I drew, I screen shotted it but it had already started to fade out as you can see, And under that is an image showing which tool I had selected. I work with a group of kids who discovered a way to scribble all over the screen as I'm presenting, as well as all the emojis at their disposal. Is there a way to disable this scribbling feature? I don't mind interactive chatting (to a limit) but the drawings are a bit disruptive. Grateful if you can help out!

Hey Team! I’ve got a multi-session Zoom Events set up and published with multiple tickets. I know that you can only have one registration link but I do not have the option for source tracking under the registration tab. The option to remove India is there but the options for setting up source tracking links are not. Any help here?
When I start zoom the app works fine, as soon as another participant joins my app freezes.I can still see and hear users, they can still hear me, my video breaks and I can't click on anything.After about 5 minutes the app breaks completely and I have to restart it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting computer etc.This only started happening after updating on 1/3/2023. (last use was pre Christmas).
