I take guitar lessons using zoom. I use windows 11. I can hear voice just fine but no guitar?I've made all the setting changes that have been suggested but no luck.Is this a problem with windows 11?
Hello, I am a student and in a very difficult situation. I have a "free zoom account" that I used for my zoom lectures from my school. I was recording the lectures but now when I am trying to retrieve them, I dnt see any recordings on my account. As it is likely that I mentioned, being student I couldn't afford a paid account. Could zoom please help me here? Really need my lecture video to save my life! PLEASE PLEASE, help! Thanks again for your help!
Between two weeks ago and today, I recorded a number of meetings in the Zoom cloud. Although the account was set to have trash enabled and it has worked fine in the past. When I went to recover the recordings, they were all gone. I tried Zoom's AI, and several other AI programs to walk me through and still it did not work. I have been using this feature for years but since the last few weeks' recordings, it no longer works. I am an admin. There are no error codes, and I am using a Windows 11 PC as I always have.

I am using a PC running Windows 11. I have a Basic subscription with two users. When I view the Users this is one of the users:rooms_kzX-IOkASYyXO7h_ojCJsgThe First Name says Daniel talking with me and the User is listed as a member.When I click the Edit button, I get a popup where I can add Department, Job Title and such. Nowhere is there a place to click to delete this User.How did this User get added to my account and how do I get rid of it?
On my Android, I suddenly can’t log into my Zoom account. I’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps: I restarted my phone several times, deleted and reinstalled the Zoom app, tried force stopping it, clearing the cache — nothing works. I don’t know what to do more, i have basic account, i need to follow certified formations everyday on my phone. I can’t log into my account on my Samsung (it used to work for long), it now loads for a long time showing ‘Preparing Meeting’ and then gives error 100006000 and even others. But there is no problem when I use Zoom on my computer. I need to speak with a human from Belgium.
Testing for 3 days now why suddenly my invites are not being received by my invitees. Tried all ways -- when I create the meeting, after I create the meeting and it shows in my calendar. My contacts do not show up when I schedule the meeting. My contacts show up when I pull up link after it is in my Calendar ....
Whenever I use Zoom, my headphones don't work, the sound only comes out of the computer speakers. I've searched for some audio setting that would allow me to use headphone as that seems like the logical problem, but I can't find those audio settings anywhere. I use Zoom everyday, so it is imperative that I get this working.
my video image keeps going glitchy. I've tried so many different things to resolve this: uninstalled and reinstalled zoom; changed computers; changed video cameras; moved to ethernet direct rather than via wifi; turned off all bluetooth hardware (keyboard, mouse, phone, etc.) while on zoom - this one seems to work the best and when i want to use the bluetooth keyboard again then the video signal goes wonky again. I've included a screen shot. I've reached out to my internet provider and because Zoom is the only program affected it seems this may be where I can find a solution to the problem. Any ideas?
When we are hosting a meeting at various times another's screen image will impose on top of the host or a series of almost like black and white movie images run along the top or bottom of the screen - it's very distracting
Hi,The meeting registration details defaults to First Name, Last Name and Email BUT it then uses the First Name and Last Name as the Display / Profile name, I do not want to enable attendees to change their display name but neither do I want to be sharing their full names as I don't think for personal or privacy reasons for some that might not be what they want.I do want add a custom field to the registration form to ask for their chosen display / profile name. This I can do.How though I do I get Zoom to use the new display name entered on the form as the profile name please?Or if Zoom can be set to use the the First name followed by just the first letter of the last name from the registration form for the profile name that would be fine too.Thanks in advance for any suggestions Again I do NOT want to allow them change their display name after joining the meeting. I have an app that streams an image to my TV screen. Then I turn on Zoom and want to demonstrate this app to my viewers in Zoom, but when I close the stream, the previous app just throws away the demonstration and I have to manually turn it on. And this happens every time I click on the Zoom window!
Hello, I have logged into my Zoom account settings, added my company logos as backgrounds to upload, but when I try to add them during a meeting I get a pop-up saying "You cannot upload images or videos due to restrictions placed by your admin". It is my account, and I have a paid plan. Can anyone help?
On Windows 10, Zoom recognizes both laptop's microphone and speaker and they work fine.Then at some point a red ! appears on the microphone icon and Zoom says it does not recognize them. This is weird: if it did not recognize from the start it would indicate a problem with hardware or Windows.But to recognize and then not recognize does not make sense. Would appreciate help.
Reporting an apparent bug. I have a Zoom Pro subscription. In the Zoom Workplace client (latest version) on Win 11, I attempted to reschedule a "meeting and all future meetings" from Tuesday, repeated until late October, to a Monday meeting with the same time frame. I tried two different ways and received Error: 3000 both times. None of my meetings are exported to an external calendar.Method 1: I set the repeat schedule to Mondays and then set the start date to 9/15 (today). I then selected Save and got Error: 3000.Method 2: I set the meeting date to 9/15 (today) and then set the repeat day to Monday and selected Save. Error: 3000.I resolved the matter by changing this week's meeting to Monday (today) and then saved it. Then I changed today's meeting and all future meetings to repeat on Monday and saved it. I now have two meetings on today's schedule 😄 and one meeting on future Mondays. I see other topics related to error 3000 involving exporting meetings to Outlook, but
I just did a 90 minute meeting which I recorded and as I waited for the file to finish completion afterwards your company, Zoom, decided to completely crash on me and all information has been lost. I'm honestly quite f'ing irate. I'm on a laptop which is pretty new, so there was no reason for this to occur
I'm looking for an enhancement that would allow better customization of meeting templates. For example, the ability to set different waiting room messages that pertain to the specific meeting template. Also, to be able to set settings for each template, for example one template that allows recording, while another template can be set where the recording feature is not allowed.
I am teaching using Zoom and want to Spotlight either my laptop camera or my second screen where the slides are being displayed. The students join without turning on their camera. But I can't get the Spotlight option to show. I searched through settings but nothing provides a Spotlight option. How can I control what my students see? I don't want my slides to appear as just another attendee, I want the slides full screen. And to occasionally display my image on my laptop camera.

When I share a powerpoint in presenter view, I can change whether I use content, or powerpoint showing over shoulder, etc. using the layout icon. But one of my colleagues doesnt see the layout icon when presenting. Why is this? Is there a preference she needs to change or what?
I cannot connect to a meeting through a link sent to my email. It just keeps telling me my zoom client is outdated (which it isn't, I have the latest version). Then is starts to download and never finishes. If I copy and paste the meeting to a browser or into zoom, I get invalid meeting ID. This happens on my computer and my iphone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and done a zoom clean among other things. My old zoom and microsoft acct were attached to an account that I no longer use and were associated with google. My current account is associated to microsoft , outlook.

I have been using zoom for years for music lessons, I always use the original sound for Musicians, in the last 6 months I cannot get my piano guitar or singing to come through my headsets. I even bought a new headset thinking it would help, nothing. I can get my instruments through my separate webcam but then it picks up all noises, I want to use the headset mic for instruments. I have tried it all, what do I do?
Is there a way to automatically hide video panel when sharing screen, other than having to do it manually. I have setting to gallery view for participants, when I share screen I don't want the panel showing I have to go and click on More than Hide Video Panel, which is distracting when you are teaching or minimise the panel. Any suggestions?
I have one line that rings to my phone. I have an assistant who will need to call out from time-to-time, but will not need to use SMS or answer any calls. Should I install the Zoom app on their phone and log in under my account? Or set up an extension for them to use under their own login? I don't want to pay for another user when they will be using the number/app so little. Thanks!
