URGENT: i could not connect anymore to my Zoom formations with my phone

On my Android, I suddenly can’t log into my Zoom account. I’ve already tried all the troubleshooting steps: I restarted my phone several times, deleted and reinstalled the Zoom app, tried force stopping it, clearing the cache — nothing works. I don’t know what to do more, i have basic account, i need to follow certified formations everyday on my phone. I can’t log into my account on my Samsung (it used to work for long), it now loads for a long time showing ‘Preparing Meeting’ and then gives error 100006000 and even others. But there is no problem when I use Zoom on my computer. I need to speak with a human from Belgium.

hey, did you read my message ? i precised i could not access to one ticket because i have a basic account and its forbidden ! that's awesome and unfair so i am forced to write here to hope some great soul would share me a solution !

is there any real solution, by the way ? PS: i could not access to tickets because of my free account, that's unfair !
