Not sure why my meeting notice doesn't populate recipient emails...I'm forced to hyperlink the meeting notice into emails myself...
We are business and pay for products that we cannot access. Only human we can reach at Zoom is a sales rep to sell us more product. We port our phone number in, and use the zoom workspace rooms - but escalation contacts and tech support are unresponsive. We are being told by sales to rep to "create a ticket" or "escalate the ticket" and 6 days ago what seemed to be a human offered to schedule a call with us, to which we responded any time - this is urgent. They said without an exact time they cannot schedule it. We have responded to them 3x now with no reply. Help!zoom

Hello, we're using Zoom Meeting APi to create and manage meetings, we connect the mail zoom account and then use it to create meetings in behald of all zoom hosts with Pro licenses.In these last weeks we're getting more ane more errors as in subject HTTP 429 Too manu requests.We're getting this kind of error for some hosts and not for others, and even in the morning. It is not clear what API are involved in thi hard limit of 100 calls per day.It is the API to fetch meeting stats and meeting partecipants incluided in this count? I have been using Zoom for many months using by Windows 10 laptop and an external monitor with an HDMI connection. I have the "Use dual monitors" option setting checked in Zoom. When I share my presentation slides, the slides appear on my laptop and I can see the attendees on the external monitor. Works great! Yesterday, I needed to do the same at a different location. Same laptop with the same settings, but instead of an external monitor, I connected a Smart TV. Now, when I share my presentation slides, the "Use dual monitors" option does not work. What I see on my laptop is the same as what I see on the smart TV. The only way I could make this work was to extend my laptop screen onto the Smart TV, and then manipulate the two screens to simulate what worked automatically with the external monitor. Doable, but not acceptable. What changes should I make so the connection with the Smart TV will work the same way it does with a dumb external monitor?
I work for a corporate organization and we are trying to purchase a Zoom subscription. However, we have not been able to get a response from the Zoom sales team despite multiple attempts. They are not replying to our emails. This lack of communication is causing delays in renewing our subscription and affecting our business operations. If anyone has advice on how to get in touch with Zoom sales or alternative ways to purchase the subscription, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am a counselor that sees her clients online. I schedule them for so may sessions in a row. But after the holidays and for make-ups I would like to use the same zoom link. Is it possible to copy and paste the old zoom link to be used in new meetings I set up. I do not want to have the teachers have to copy and past a different link into the students schedule. I hope this makes sense.
I am the MS Teams Admin for my company. I am trying to test out the external meeting invites which is enabled on all 1700 MTR devices, but stopped working. To test it out, I created an account and scheduled a meeting and sent the invites to the device accounts in my AV lab. Both my device do not show a meeting. I was looking and read that zoom doesn't send invites? which is odd...I am sure I am doing this wrong somehow. I know I also created an ICS file in my outlook and forwarded them to my devices, which the meetings did show up that way. But I could not join my devices to the meeting in that fashion. Kinda silly being a high level teams admin but have no exposure to Zoom. Can someone tell me what I am missing so I can address this?Thanks!
I am a part of a Playwright lab that meets every Saturday. For some reason this past Saturday i couldn't get into the zoom room to join the group. I tried several times and I would get to the screen that shows my face and when I clicked the JOIN button, it kept saying waiting for the host to let me in. Eventually the instructor sent me an email saying that he was waiting for ME to let him into Zoom. What's up? Did I block him out some way? Yesterday he sent me a recording of the class I missed and I couldn't open that link either. Instead of seeing the arrow or the small hand with the pointing finger, I saw that small vertical line and no action. What's going on here.
Hello I recorded 5 interviews last week with zoom recorder (on the computer, not on the cloud). The folders were created like they always are, but (I didn't check at the time) the folders are empty!!!!! What happened????? I never saw anything like that. They're all empty. I also am not able to play them back on my zoom recordings page. What is going on?Thanks
I'd like to plan a new recurring meeting with No Fixed Time option, but it seems it has disappeared from the menu. The recurring option only allows "every day/week/month". Is the No Fixed time option available? How?
I have tried to disable the virtual background on my apple laptop. The "none" button is highlighted but the background remains. I can blur the background, but I cannot remove it. I have the basic package. I have used the virtual agent and read all the instructions. None of them have solved this issue.
Running ads for a company to promote a webinar each month. The problem I am facing is that when a potential client clicks the registration page link, all the Google click id info is lost. Is there an integration or process I can use to preserve the date (URL parameters) from the Source Page and carry that over to the Registration Page? I already know a process using Zapier to link the Zoom participant creation to create a conversion in Google Ads. The problem is that without the click ID, Google can only see that a conversion was tracked, but it has no idea what caused the conversion. Client Path diagramed below: Ad Clicked --> Our LP -(All click data lost here)-> Zoom Meeting Registration LP --> Creates Google Conversion. Essentially the problem now is that Google brings in leads, but doesn't understand, due to lack of detailed feedback, which clicks the leads are coming from. Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
Since downloading the Windows 11 update, I am unable to access any of the apps during a meeting. I am trying to get into the Virtual Background App, and everytime I click on the icon it disappears and nothing happens.
My video has been configured to mirror. And I can see the mirroring while the meeting is ongoing. But once it ends and the recording is downloaded, the recorded file doesn't have mirroring. I have a Macbook Air M3. Is there a solution to this?
I have the desktop app, version 6.5.7 installed on my Mac (M1 running Sequoia 15.5) and have a Focusrite 4i4 Audio Interface connected to it. When I go to test my speakers, I hear audio over the speakers connected to my Audio Interface. However, when I go to test my microphone, no signal is detected. I've tried selecting my interface, the mic in my monitor, using the mics on my two iPhones, nothing works. If I log into Zoom using my browser, and select my audio interface, the mic is detected as are all the mics on my system.You would think that this is a simple permissions issue, except that I've granted the Zoom app the necessary permissions to use the microphones. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-installing, doing a complete reboot but nothing I try lets the mics work through the app. Anyone experienced this or know what the issue might be?
I have a private room that I'm sharing with my team. They all use the same meeting URL every day and the same host key from my account. I used to be a team member in another team that had the same type of setup, only this time around I'm the owner of the account and it's my private room URL, not another persons private room. When I was a user of that in prior years everyone in the team was able to create breakout rooms after claiming host, however my team mates are not able to create breakout rooms after claiming host. I have looked trough all the settings in my profile page and inside Zoom PMI settings but there's nothing there to explain this. We are all using desktop application and there's a mix between iOS and W10. Just like it used to be in my prior team. So it's the same setup with different outcome. What's up with that? Nothing I do allows me to use my actual background. Clicking None just gets me blue sky. I can use photos but I want no virtual background. Reinstalling does nothing to help.
I am using Zoom Scheduler and it's not generating a zoom meeting link when people book times with me. Zoom scheduler books the time, adds it to my Outlook calendar, and sends a confirmation email to the person but there is NO ZOOM LINK and there is no Zoom meeting created in my account. Really at a loss here. Connected my Galaxy Buds 3, all worked fine. Closed Zoom during a break, started back up, tested Buds before logging in - worked fine. Once I got into the room however, the microphone stopped working. I double checked that the Buds were chosen as both Speakers and Microphone, independently and "Same as System." Tried testing them while in the room, sound was fine, but zero microphone. As soon as I plugged in my old USB headset, instantly everything worked. I read that there had been compatibility issues with earlier versions of Galaxy Buds, but still?Thoughts?
hiso i use zoom meeting to teach math, on my pc.i used to start the meeting by sharing whiteboard.recently, i noticed there are new whiteboards, so i try to use them. when i am not in a meeting, and i create a whiteboard, i can add an image (a file from my pc). but when i am in the middle of a meeting, i cant add an image. this option doesnt exist on the tool bar.is there a way i can do it?thanks!
I record in cloud of zoom not in my computer. When I download the video the resolution is Recording_640x360.mp4 But my resolution in OBS is 1280. I don´t know why the recolution is lower. When i do test to check all one pass. Best regards
Hi. My preferred pronouns have changed and I am unable to edit them. When I look at my profile in the app I can see my pronouns listed but when I click to change them nothing happens. I am able to edit my screen name so the app is otherwise working. I have checked and I'm definitely on the latest version of the software. I can unshare them, but I don't *want* to unshare them, I want them to be there but correct 😞 On android phone but I've also tried on my laptop. No error messages, just, nothing happens. Hope someone can help!
