Unable to get tech support for business product
We are business and pay for products that we cannot access. Only human we can reach at Zoom is a sales rep to sell us more product. We port our phone number in, and use the zoom workspace rooms - but escalation contacts and tech support are unresponsive. We are being told by sales to rep to "create a ticket" or "escalate the ticket" and 6 days ago what seemed to be a human offered to schedule a call with us, to which we responded any time - this is urgent. They said without an exact time they cannot schedule it. We have responded to them 3x now with no reply. Help!zoom
