I recorded a meeting today to my server (not the cloud). how do I get the transcription of this recording?
I would like to have ability to enable Room Controls, both native and third-party, but with the additional option of choosing which is displayed on the Zoom Rooms Controller. Additionally I would also like the option to completely disable the Room Controls button from the touch panel UI, whilst keeping the functionality the Native Room Controls feature provides. For the long term I would like to see Native Room Controls add more options to replace the need to use third party controls. Examples of these UI elements can be found in Extron/Crestron/Q-SYS integrations (faders, better feedback, etc).
Hello everyone I have an issue when I try to control 2 cameras on a G7500 (Poly).The G7500 has ZoomRooms account, when user makes a Zoom Call, both cameras are controled via Extron (Poly-G7500 v6.0).When user makes Teams Calls trhough ZommRoom account, both cameras aren´t controlled via Extron. We have Zoom Rooms set up to use NDI cameras. When the room joins a teams meeting a message pops up saying the selected camera cannot be found. In one room it sent a black signal instead of the camera, and in another it sent the content input instead of the camera. Is there something I need to enable to allow the NDI camera to work in teams as well?
Does anyone know how to get a high resolution in zoom? Do you need to have the pro version? I have been using my laptop to record meetings and the quality is very low. Would it be better if I bought a separate web camera? Any tips?
Hi, I have been recording audio from zoom meetings to the cloud for quite a while and have never had this happen until now. With one recording, all participants' audio recordings were garbled and even had parts dropped out. I listened to the conversation live, and there were no issues. The issue occurred with all participants, though at different places in the recording. I would really like to avoid this in the future, as it makes the recording useless. I have checked my settings and they seem fine and have worked fine in the past. Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas on how to prevent it?
Over the past couple weeks a few of our Zoom Rooms have been in the middle of meetings and then randomly gotten disconnected and automatically reconnected shortly after. The displays will turn off and will have to manually be turned back on as well. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how we can resolve it?

Hi all, We have several iPads as controllers that are not supervised but are on ZDM, and our ZDM certificate is coming up for renewal. Is it necessary to actually update the certificate for it to work? Or does it just no longer receive commands from the web if it is expired? Also, what is the best way to update it? I can't recall what we did last year, but I seem to remember having to reinstall the Zoom Rooms app. Thanks!
I use a GoPro Hero 13 Black (set to 5.3K resolution at 60fps) connected to my MacBook Pro through an HDMI Video Capture dongle (USB 3.0). My recordings come out at around 1760x900 but, despite having all HD settings enabled both in the website settings and the desktop app, the files are extremely compressed: the image appears choppy and the audio quality is low.Could you please advise if there’s a way to improve recording quality (less compression, clearer audio/video) on my current plan? Is true 1080p (or better) recording with higher-quality encoding available, and if so, under which plan or settings? I have a paid subscription.

I would like to suggest or if it's possible to add more than one Google Calendar account. I paid zoom for one google account, but my workplace has a different google account to schedule classes and meetings for me. It would be nice managing both accounts throught the same zoom account.

I have viewed several videos with this question and they all point to accessing my audio profile under settings. I don't see/have it. Only options I appear to have are Telephone audio and Computer audio. That's the extent of my audio settings. Right now when we livestream, the music is choppy and/or nonexistent. The regular voice audio streams very well. What might be the issue and how can it be fixed if I cannot access an expanded audio profile? I have clicked my picture, gone to settings as instructed, but do not see what the instructors are pointing to.
since I think 2 or 3 updates ago, zoom workplace keeps freezing my camera in the middle of a meeting, and then progressively getting more and more locked up until eventually it crashes. possibly happens sooner if i screen share, but haven't actually measured.i dont get any error codes. nothing else crashes.i use zoom with clients for work so this is very frustrating.
Running into an issue trying to get Zoom setup to work with Intune. I have Zoom Workplace for Intune setup and the enterprise app setup for it as well. I also have an app protection policy setup that requires the use of a managed browser. The initial Zoom for Intune sign in appears to succeed without issue however it then asks for a second sign in. This sign in shows up as "Zoom Social Login" in Entra Logs. The issue is that this sign in tries to use Safari on iOS for the sign in which is not a managed app and fails the sign in due to the App Protection Policy. Has anyone else run into this and found a way past it without allowing sign in from any browser? We did try changing the default browser, but that does not seem to change the sign in browser.
Linux Zoom client up to 5.15.12 worked fine on Linux Mint XFCE using the screen scaling XFCE provides for 4K monitors. Version 5.16.0 now shows up VERY big and the usual fixes of adjusting zoomus.conf values of AutoScale and ScaleFactor will not make it any smaller. ScaleFactor will make it bigger still. If ScaleFactor would accept a fractional value (like 0.5) the issue would be addressed. It only appears to accept integers. Something changed between 5.15.12 and 5.16.0 that has broken the image size. I've been waiting for a subsequent update to address this, but nothing so far. Suggestions?

I have a user who wants to make calls from certain area codes depending on who he is calling (he is a Business Development Representative). Can I assign multiple phone numbers to a single user?
I manage our church's Zoom account. We use the Restream.io service to live stream our Zoom sessions to Youtube and Facebook. Restream provides a custom stream key to plug into the advanced In-meeting settings so that starting a live stream is a quick click of a button ["..." --> "Custom Live Stream" ]. Lately, when clicking the button, it stalls for about a full minute and then times out. A link is provided on the screen to go to the live stream settings. On that subsequent screen, which I am unsure how to navigate to on my own in any way, I can see an outdated stream key in the "Stream key" field, but a banner on top of the screen that displays the current, updated key. I have to then copy and paste the correct number from the banner, and the stream then kicks off properly. The old key is persisting somewhere, despite it being updated in the settings. I got several users who cannot join to a meeting or login to their Zoom client. I got an error code for unable to join meeting (Error 5003). The login attempt, there is no error code but just a message "It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network connection and try again". It only happened to 3 users out of 20. 2 users with login issues are on windows 11 and the 1 user who cannot join a meeting is on windows 10. They have no proxy enabled on their PC and there is no firewall block rule for Zoom. I have also changed the DNS address to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 but no luck. All the users are on Zoom 5.16.10. Is anyone able to provide me with some insight?
Hi Zoom Community, I have a problem with zoom room whiteboard which is starting on non-touch screen.The setup is configured with:-Computer HP Elite Tower 600 G9 Desktop PC (Win11 24H2) with installed zoom room 6.5.6 (6405) , 64bit version-2 TV Sony.-1 Interactive touch screen Iiyama.I tried to change display configuration in Windows settings but it's look like zoom forcing to set Sony TV as main display. In the zoom admin panel i can't found any option to make Iiyama screen as a main screen or whiteboard screen.I physically switched the HDMI cables in computer but with no result. Is it possible to launch whiteboard on specified display ? Maybe somebody had similar problem ? Regards
I have been stuck on Blur (not the normal blur either, just a lesser version of blur) for over a month now and can not just go back to 'None' and a clear live background. This is happening on my Samsung Galaxy 23+ phone, have uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom app multiple times to no avail. Works fine on my desktop Zoom app. I am a paying Pro customer and not receiving much support. Anyone know what is going on here?
