Hello, I am working with someone that is on the other end of a Zoom meeting and he’s experiencing audio suppression issues. The setting is in a church. He’s conducting ceremonies that utilize bells, singing bowls and also chanting from others in the roo. His voice is coming through crystal clear but the second that he strikes an instrument or others in the room begin chanting, it cuts everything out. We’ve tried every single audio option in the settings, but none of them allow the sounds to come through. He’s using the current version of Zoom on a newer MacBook and the microphone that he’s using is a Blue Yeti Logitech USB. He has also tried just using the built-in mic on the laptop but has the same results. Can anyone advise on how to remedy this?
I just got off of a Zoom meeting with a society I am an exec member for, in which our usual secretary could not be available. In her stead, we elected to record the meeting, through the recording settings within Zoom. I got confirmation that the meeting was recording to my computer, and that a transcript was being made. I can find neither of these, either anywhere on my device or in the "recordings" section of the Zoom app. We spoke for an HOUR, discussed a lot of things that various of us are going to need to follow up on with details on which I am already rather fuzzy, and not everyone who had jobs assigned to them in the meeting was AT the meeting. I really need that video, and I am concerned to discover that it may not even exist, please advise.

Has anyone had any luck figuring out how to automatically download Zoom Phone call recordings? A lot of companies that work with sensitive data have to keep local recordings and Zoom has failed to implement an SFTP automation. I know Zoom has an API, but I'm not a developer.
I get the following error when trying to stream from facebook live to zoom. Anyone else get this error? how to fix it? Unsupported get request. Object with ID '313022781696702' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Besides the meeting registrant getting an email when they are first registered for the meeting, is there a way to set up another email reminder an hour before the meeting time?
Can Zoom do something about the Low system resources error that pops up during meetings? It freezes video and affects audio and this very embarrassing during meetings. It's clearly an issue with zoom not PC. I have 16gb of RAM and a good fiber internet connection. Pls fix this.

Ever since my sister got her new IPad at Christmas, her email invitations are not arriving in our inbox until after the meeting has started. (We used last week’s link this week.) She has tried multiple times and then we get multiple invites all at the same time. It used to be the invitations went out as soon as she scheduled the meeting. Is this a Zoom issue or an Apple issue?
When scheduling a call, and trying to add attendees, the email addresses from my connected mailbox are no longer coming up as a dropdown. This is very inconvenient. Can it be fixed?
I've been wondering if it would be possible to end Zoom meetings a little less abruptly. I find it quite disconcerting when the host ends a meeting, and suddenly you are left with a blank screen or your desktop. Especially for more arts based sessions, where people are very immersed in the experience. True for any meeting, business or pleasure, but especially in the field I work in - arts activities for people who may be coping with mental health issues - people may be emotionally very engaged, you might even say spiritually engaged, and the sudden loss communication may be upsetting. I certainly find it a jolt. It's like being engrossed in a movie, but instead of a fade out with some suitable music to round things off, and then the credits sequence to let you ease out of it, you are just suddenly dumped in the real world, with no time to reflect, or defuse, or 'come down', you might say. Hi! I have a problem with using a hotkey combination to give/revoke mouse control to my student. The hotkeys in the settings just don't work. If I change them, they don't work either. I am on MacOs Sequoia 15.1.1. Latest version of zoom. Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi,I want to set up my own personalised virtual background for myself as a meeting host. The problem is that the system doesn't allow me to upload a custom photo. I try to do it in Personal > Settings > Virtual background and the option to upload a photo is locked.The same happens on a Zoom desktop app. When I go to Video > Background & effects > Virtual bacgrounds and I click on +, the message says 'You cannot upload images or videos due to restrictions placed by your admin'. But I am an admin and I don't know what to do.I am on a Zoom Workplace Pro plan.Thanks for any help.
When I start a session and want to use my own pic, I click on the plus to add and then get a message. The message is displayed in the attached pic. Not had this before, so would love to get this resolved. I am the owner. How do I make myself admin, or, give myself permissions to add? Thank you
I have set my laptop as a Zoom HostMy guest has a Zoom invite on their laptop which they can access and they see my video just fine.However, they cannot hear my audio even though the mic and speaker settings on both laptops are correct.I am considering upgrading my Zoom account but am unwilling to do this if the audio cannot work.Could someone please help?
Hello everyone, Thank you for the help. First time user. So I scheduled a meeting and we could see each other. But we could not hear each other. Do I need to do something? Any advice, please. I don't see it on mine (from https://us02web.zoom.us/account/report?isPersonal=true#/usageReports while logged on as admin). thanks!Gary
A few weeks ago I started getting "low system resources" error messages from Zoom every time I log into a meeting. I am using the same 2020 laptop as I have been for two years. I never got these messages before, and now even when I close all other applications, I get stuttering and freezing. Can you tell me what steps to go through to try and fix this? I started my class last night and it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting me ever 10 mins or so. Hi I am hosting a meeting for over 100 people to review a powerpoint presentation. 1. I'd like attendees to enter the meeting without my having to admit them because there are too many people. 2. I'd like to show a full screen (no slides in the queue nor attendees being seen). 3. After the presentation, I'd like to exit the presentation and allow video of all attendees for Q&A. BJC80
Everytime I sign into my Zoom account I get a pop up that tells me that Zoom.us has "turned off" my reactions. To turn them on, click the camera icon. I DO NOT care to see this every time I sign in. It does nto make sense anyway. How do I turn it off and stop it from appearing? It is in the green camera icon at the top of my Mac toolbar. Anyone?? Thank you, Rick
Hi I was the host for a meeting and I tried out the AI summary tool. Then, I had to leave and although I handed over the hosting to someone else, when I looked at the transcript/summary that was provided, it was only up until I left. Is this normal, as it wasn't much use to me?
We recently discovered that our SCIM integration is not working. I have tried to re-authorize Okta because the previous admin has left the company and my suspicion is that he was the one who authorized this before. I am getting the following error: `You cannot authorize Okta Identity`. I am currently the account owner. What do I need to do to reauthenticate with Zoom to enable Okta provisioning? Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
Hi, I cannot get Zoom to record my meetings at 720p when saving to the cloud. They record just fine at that resolution when recorded locally. - I have a pro account- My camera is an external 4k DV unit connected through a HDMI to USB adapter which appears to be capturing at least 1080p- The app has HD checked in the video settings- I have followed the advice at Zoom Support article on "Resolution of Recorded Video"- I have HD video for Zoom Meetings set in my account and settings, according to https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0066166 - I am in speaker mode with gallery view (<25) and full screen.- I have tested with only myself in the meeting and live may have 2 or 3 present.- I have original sound enabled.
