Zoom now allows for accessible semantic links within the chat which I prefer to use for accessibility reasons - this means I type a sensible title and use the link function to convert it to a semantic link. However, if saving the zoom chat, the export is a text file only and the url is not parsed or included, only the title. This means that if I wanted to include the chat history and any links as a follow up with a recording for participants who missed the meeting, the chat is only saving part of the information. Now that I have realised this, I can do the manual double handling of including both the semantic link followed by the full url for reference but it would be better if Zoom could do this work in order to be more accessible. Does anyone know where I can put in a feature request around this improvement or raise a complaint or bug? Does anyone have any further tips for getting around these sorts of accessibility limitations within the platform/software?
Hello ,I seem to be having problems turning on and off my projector using my TAP controller. When i built Zoom Conference rooms it was more simple to connect with my LG 86" Monitors with the networkHello ,I am having problems turning on and off my projector using my TAP controller. When I built Zoom Conference rooms it was simpler to connect with my LG 86" Monitors with the network and code . But the projectors are just not working, and I do not have the level to do more code in dept to make it work I will explain it. I have designed a Zoom room classroom, and everything works great except the projectors . I had help with the Json program for the TV monitors, but it is not working for the projectors, and this is my only problem . It was once a Crestron Room, but it had no Hybrid system .So to cut costs and make the room better for a classroom Zoom room I changed it all except the amp and the Speakers . If someone could help me with some connecting diagrams, and any code that
This effort to make Zoom a replacement for my existing tools in Microsoft 365 is making me insane. I just want to use the meeting functionality, I neither need nor want Zoom to take over my life. How do i turn it off!!!!! I want the old little window to pop up to start a meeting and that's all
So, I have seen the support article revolving around setting business hours and using the call handling feature in the Zoom website to prevent this. However, the "Phone" option the article lists only appears if you have a phone plan through Zoom, which I do not. The application on my phone is the free download from the app store, no phone account associated with mine. I have notifications turned off for the app in my phone's settings, but despite that, any calls I receive will still route to my phone first to be answered, instead of the desktop app that I will have open at the same time. Is there a way to modify/prevent this behavior?
I am using screenshare with "as-background" - so basically sharing a screen and putting myself from my webcam feed in front of it. I have recorder over a hundred videos with this without issues. Now since 3 days suddenly my webcam feed always gets lost during conversion and I am left with only the shared screen and the voice. I have not changed any settings. "Record video during screen sharing" is obviously enabled in the settings. Newest version of zoom. This is super frustrating. Sometimes it still works fine but only 1 out of 5 times.
Dear Zoom Team,First of all, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the official Stream Deck plugin. It has significantly improved the way I interact with Zoom during meetings and webinars. The integration is smooth, intuitive, and adds real value to hosts and participants alike. As a frequent host and co-host, I would like to suggest a few features that could further enhance the plugin’s functionality and usability:🔊 Audio Control EnhancementsIt would be extremely helpful to have the ability to mute the three Zoom audio sliders in the Windows Volume Mixer directly via Stream Deck.Even better would be the option to set each slider to a specific percentage level, allowing for more granular control over Zoom’s audio output.👥 Host/Co-Host ControlsPre-Meeting Mute SetupA function that allows the host to automatically mute all participants before the meeting starts, with the option to disable self-unmute.Reverse FunctionalityThe ability to re-enable self-unmute f
I am using an M4 macbook pro running Tahoe (also happens on previous versions). I am in a meeting that primarily has a speaker at a podium (where the mic is), but we also have instruments. Everything sound fine at the podium, but when music is happening, even though the microphone picks it up perfectly (microphone is directly recorded, and recorded on the mac itself to verify), zoom intermittently (more often than not) suppresses the music as well. This goes against what the settings suggest, which is that audio suppression should be 100% disabled. I have tried every option. Windows zoom has more options and can completely disable the noise suppression, but the mac version doesn't seem to have this option. This is a huge problem, please make the app do what it says it does and is supposed to do when using this mode. That's why we choose it, to have unprocessed audio. Before people start offering useless suggestions, I am an audio engineer and a software engineer. I kno
We were under the impression that we would be able to interact with voicemails left by first-time callers. The guidance we received was that the voicemail would appear in the ZCC and in addition to being able to assign, delete, download, and resolve, we would be able to add notes. This would allow our intake specialists to document that they'd attempted a call back and mark as "resolved" after attempting 3 times and not being able to make contact or having completed the intake. ChatGPT tells me there is a way to do this by ensuring the voicemail flow points to ZCC and not Zoom Phone, however, this doesn't seem to be doing the trick. I get Chat makes errors, btw, hence asking the question here.
Hi everyone! I would like to use a Wacom drawing board (or any other one, I don't care which one) for the whiteboard feature during a zoom call. I DON'T want to share my scree, but really use the built-in whiteboard for video calls. Does this work with a drawing tablet? And if so, do you have a recommendation? Thanks for your help!Nina
I'm having trouble getting data via webhook. I'm trying to get a meeting recording from the cloud. The problem is that I'm not receiving data for the recording.completed event. The chatbot prompts me to select a permission in the app: meeting.recording.completed Where can I find this permission?
HelloWe currently have one Zoom Room set up with Office 365 calendar integration, running on a Neat Bar. We’re using Pexip to enable interoperability with Microsoft Teams. When we schedule a Teams meeting and invite the room, it appears correctly on the Zoom Room controller (running in Zoom mode). However, when we attempt to join the meeting, the system places us in the lobby until someone admits us.Is there a way to configure it so that when we click Join, the room is connected directly to the call without needing to be admitted? We’ve noticed the same behavior on native Zoom meetings as well — even with the waiting room feature turned off both on the Zoom Room and in the general Zoom portal settings.Any guidance or suggestions on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
So super weird issue that only has zoom as the common thread. Issue: After being in a Zoom meeting for 20-30 minutes, the user's keyboard stops working. This is while in the zoom call and after leaving it. This is an ongoing issue and the user has updated zoom 3 times since the issue occurred and it's still present. User is completely up to date with all OS, app, and driver updates. What I've tried:• Restarting the computer• Updating Windows 10• Upgrading to Windows 11• Updating all available drivers• Updating Zoom• Uninstalling/Reinstalling Zoom• Removing and re-adding keyboard drivers• Complete wipe of Windows and all personal information• Assigning a brand new laptop• Using an external keyboard Whenever it does go away, regardless of what I do, it comes back once the user joins a Zoom meeting. No idea where to go next.
Hello allWe are running a series of meetings that are being recorded TO THE CLOUD. We want these recordings to have the speaker and their slides/share screen but also have the Auslan interpreters visible at all times. To do this, we 1. Spotlighted the speaker & Auslan interpreter2. Hit record to the cloud (so it uploads to Vimeo automatically The recording has the Auslan interpreter viewable at all times EXCEPT when we screen share. During these times there is only the speaker in a small corner box. Ideally there are TWO "speakers" viewable, the actual speaker making noise, and the interpreter who is not. Again, both are spotlighted. I'm not sure if it's a simple solution of changing my "speaker view when sharing" to have more than one person viewable, or if we need to record to the computer to allow more recording options. I would prefer not to have a separate Auslan interpreter link that creates its own recording. If we need to change the "speaker view w
Hi everyone,I’m trying to convert my local recording files (double_click_to_convert_01.zoom, double_click_to_convert_02.zoom) on my Mac, but the conversion keeps failing with the message:“The application zoom.us can’t open this type of file.”I’ve already confirmed the following:The .zoom files exist and are around 2GB, so the data seems intact.I was a co-host in the meeting, so I had local recording permission. The files are stored under /Users/[username]/Documents/Zoom/... as usual.Any official clarification or workaround from Zoom staff would be greatly appreciated.Thank you very much!
I've been using Zoom consistently a few days per week for classes for the past 3 years. I used an iPhone 15 pro Max that's up to date but then switched to an android Z Fold 7 a month ago. The screen is completely rearranged with only a mic button in the center of the screen. No chat. No other buttons at all. I've done every check I can think if but I can not use any functions for classes bc there is nothing on the screen as far as controls. I switched back to the 15 pro Max to see if it was the phone, and yes, the iPhones Zoom screen is normal looking but every time I press the chat button on it, it completely cuts off the zoom and recycles logging back in. Everytime I press chat. So I'm hindered from using it also. This is super weird. I truly want someone to explain how to fix this issue. With both phones but particularly with the Z Fold 7 bc that's my main phone used for classes. Everything for zoom works fine on my MacBook. This is perplexing. Ple

Anyone know how can I turn off this popup. It shows in the foreground and could not find a way to make it go away. I used zoom for 4 years, it just started showing up and did not make any changes on my Mac. Many thanks.
Hello, I noticed 13" 2020 Intel MacBook Pro (MBP)'s fan gets loud and warm when running a quick https://zoom.us/test with the launched Zoom app. After exiting the app, then MBP got quiet and cooler. Is this normal? I never had this problem before upgrading macOS Ventura to Sequoia six days ago. Apps and OS are up to date. Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. 🙂
I recently took over as account owner from someone else. There are two other people listed as admins on the account. When I schedule a meeting, the option to allow participants to join anytime is grayed out. I enabled it at the general account level, but discovered that when I look at the settings under my user name, I cannot enable that option. It says "modified" and I cannot reset it. The other user IDs have the option enabled. What do I need to do to enable this?
I have the Zoom program and it works well, but I have a problem, which is when I create a future meeting, it does not appear in the calendar. Only meetings that have already taken place appear in the calendar. What should I do to be able to see future meetings in the calendar?
when hosting a zoom meeting with an iphone 17 pro and the audio is coming from the church's audio system via a 3.5 mm line, the voices are find but music cuts in an out. I want to turn on wide spectrum on the phone but it is grayed out. On a iphone 12 there were no problems. I have original sound selected in zoom but I think the phone is filtering it. Thus I want to select wide spectrum in the control panel of the phone. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
i'm using windows and can't share screenerror 117001

We have hundreds of T14 and T14s Lenovo models ranging from Gen 2 to Gen 5 modesl with Intel I7's and integrated Intel HD/Xirus graphics. We've been seeing an uptick in more users experiencing locking up/freezing/rebooting on our deployed windows 11 24H2. Earlier this year we had to have people switch to Direct 3D9 on there zoom settings and or disable hardware acceleration as we were having a variety of issues with our Generation 5 Intel T14s being very unstable with zoom. however, it looks like the more recent Zoom Workspace no longer allows users to change those settings and we are now having an uptick in more crashes/blue screens/random restarts on our Generation 5 Intels with i7 Pro cpus. I came across this post indicating that Lenovo is at fault due to drivers from Intel? I would really like to know Zooms stance on this, not just pointing the finger at Lenovohttps://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Meetings/Lenovo-laptops-crashing-on-Zoom-me
