I use the same survey content every time I schedule a webinar. Is there a way for me to not have to type in the content from scratch everytime? I schedule webinars daily and it seems like a tedious waste of time copying out the same survey content each time. I like the survey being part of the Zoom follow- up email so it is important for it not to be a third party link (that is currently an option). Anyone else come across this problem?
Hi there, I'm setting up a new wallboard to display for my team, but I'd like to have the list sorted by availability (IE, unavailable users are at the bottom of the list). When I go into Settings I'm not seeing any way to do this, I've tried clicking on the listing names (Client Status, Member, Opt-in Call Queues) but it didn't provide what I needed. Is that not an available feature, or am I missing it somehow? Thank you!
After the last update the zoom phone recording links are no longer available in Salesforce. I submitted a case for this and was told that I needed to submit a "feature request" to see if they can put this feature back. Not saying that the answer was wrong but did Zoom really remove this from their Salesforce integration?
I went to schedule a new meeting in the Mac App and normally Zoom would end by creating a link I could copy and paste into my calendar. It looks like they've (or I accidentally configured it) to just create the meeting in my gmail/Mac calendar directly instead of giving me a link. This is actually making things MORE complicated. How do I get it back to the previous look and feel with just a link and copy button? Thanks!
I've been using zoom to take remote music lessons for about a year. This past lesson I was in a new house/room, and I noticed that part of the screen is blurred and the affected area changes as I move around. I have no filters or effects, and I've never seen this before. When I'm not holding the instrument the background is a bit out of focus. When I hold the instrument, part of the instrument is out of focus also. This is running Zoom Workplace on an iMac (macOS 15.6.1) , and I get this effect on both the built-in camera and a Logitech C920S. Behind the camera is a big window, and it's a cloudy day. Yesterday it was sunny and I got the same effect. I'm including links to screen grabs on my google drive (I hope that's OK) of just me and me with the bass to show the effect. I have an issue with my account where I cannot use the zoom App SDK. This is the message I get when I try to enable the Zoom APP SDK Feature: "This feature is not available based on the product you select"Has someone experienced this issue before?
The meeting I am trying to join is through my institution so I have to be signed in. When I'm on my computer this is no problem. The problem is on mobile. I open the zoom app, click sign in sso, a browser pops up, I sign in to the browser, I put the zoom room id in now I'm signed into the browser, and oh, I'm redirect to the app which prompts me to sign in. But I am signed in. I'm signed in on the browser not the app. But the app forces me to sign in on the browser. So how exactly am I supposed to join?
When receiving incoming calls on our Yealink t33g phones the caller ID display is showing the phone number of the caller, and as soon as I pick up the phone it will display the correct caller ID name. For example, we get a random call which will show the caller ID name as their phone number such as xxx-xxx-xxxx and then it will switch to "Wireless Caller" or whatever the correct caller ID name is after the phone call is answered. Anyhow know how to resolve this issue to actually display the caller ID name before I answer the phone? Thank you.
When I join a zoom meeting where I don't have to log in to my zoom, I somehow reset my screen name to a random series of numbers. I've looked everywhere in my account, and I can't find where this random number was entered (and therefore, I can't figure out how to change it). Does this ring a bell for anyone, and can someone point me to where I should look to fix it?
Has anyone found a way to configure the way in which agents view emails in their client?We're finding that the display is somewhat confusing- It show the main (latest) part of threads in the middle and seems to duplicate other parts of the body above and below.Any pointers?

I would like to set a 1-hour meeting as a default template so that I don't have to set the end time manually for every meeting I schedule. I can create the template, but there I don't see a way to nominate it as the default.Is there another way to set a default meeting duration?
We were just zoom-bombed by someone who posted a string of offensive sayings in the chat. They were all identical and appeared quickly before I could remove and report the user. I then deleted his chats one by one. Is there a way that I could have deleted his entire string of chats at once?
Next thing I know is I'm hearing the Andy Griffith TV show theme song over top of the song I'm sharing.THEN, I'm seeing participant's hands going up, one at a time (none of my participants even know how to raise their hand!).Then my cohost says that an ad*lt video is showing on everyone's screen, from the visitor. My cohost could not remove the visitor , and because the names in the participant list kept moving around (I'm guessing because of the hand-raising they were somehow doing).So. My guess is the visitor had an ad*lt video as their background and then did a spotlight for all, which overrode the screen sharing I was doing.AND... SOMEHOW they were able to raise other participants' hands. HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY ABLE TO DO THAT?!?I ended-up killing the meeting to stop it.Thanks for any thoughts on what happened!
During my Zoom conference, there were disturbing messages in the chat coming from 3 participants who I personally know would never do things like that. This has happened a few times with different participant names. Zoom bombers somehow can use the name of any random participant to send disturbing messages. Does anyone have the same experience like this? I've researched Zoom bombing cases, but not one mentioned hijacking names and chats.
Instead of having different binary packages for each supported distribution, it would be great to have an official AppImage compatible with all of them. This would solve possible problems with the current packages as, for example, the missing dependencies of the current .deb Debian package in Debian Sid. I have our zoom set up so that everybody's rooms automatically record. This works for everybody except for one user. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is happening or how to fix it. Anyone else ever had this issue?
I forot to pay this plataform, and the meetings I've had recorded disappeard. How can I recover....
I was not the meeting host, but the recording link was shared with me to download it for offline use. Somehow, I missed downloading it, and yesterday the host had permanently deleted the recording from their Zoom account. I have the meeting link. Can Zoom recover it and share the recording with me? It was a very important meeting. I request that Zoom Team resolve this.
Is anyone else experiencing 502 bad gateway error mesages when trying to open the streaming app on ZoomEvents desktop today?
Hello,On September 18, we organized a Zoom Webinar for one of our clients, but we experienced trouble connecting to the Zoom servers.The client has a strict firewall policy and needs to know which ports to open before we can access Zoom. Could someone please provide a list of the ports that need to be opened in the firewall, and clarify whether there is any difference between the port numbers for a free Zoom Meeting and a paid Zoom Webinar session?Kind regards,Remco

Can I add company logo and colors into meeting summary template? I have created a customized meeting summary template but do not see a way to specify color preferences or add logo to the top. Thanks
Hello, I recently bought an iPad mainly to use for recording zoom classes but I found that it doesn’t record internal audio .Please can you add a feature that lets us record internal audio on iPad in zoom or tell me a way that I can record internal audio with without cloud recording. It would be really useful for studying and recording classes.
