I open Zoom and am admitted to meeting. am on an apple mac book air. update regularly.pay  for non serviceI cannot make page bigger 2. cannot unmute when host asks me to 3. cannot leave meeting 4. cannot close zoom 5computer freezes and I have to shut down co mputer. this happens nearly every meeting now.  please help

Zoom updated yesterday and now all of my contacts have disappeared. Why? How do I get them back? I need them.

I D BEEN USING MY ZOOM , ALWAYS WITH BLUE MICS FOR MY MEETINGS AND YOU TUBE INTERVIEWS .  IM HAVING ISSUE NOW WITH THE MIC , ONLY WITH ZOOM , CAUSE IM ABLE TO RECORD USING OTHER APPS OR DEVICES .   PROBLEM ONLY PERSISTS IN ZOOM

Lorsqu’un stagiaire arrive en retard dans la salle d’attente, la notification visuelle passe facilement inaperçue pendant que j’enseigne. Pourriez-vous ajouter une option permettant à l’hôte et aux cohôtes d’entendre un bref signal sonore dès l’arrivée d’une personne dans la salle d’attente, avant son admission dans la réunion ? Ce signal devrait pouvoir être activé ou désactivé indépendamment du carillon qui retentit lorsqu’une personne rejoint la réunion.

I was in a meeting, basic version, one night before the person who is the host for that meeting had arrived.  We were attempting to get the HOST TOOLS up and running without him.  One woman said we had the HOST KEY.  Catch wass none of us knew what host key is, we sure we didn’t have time to practice so we did not use it.  We had concerns that we could crash the meeting while trying it out.  I would love to hear answers before Monday (tomorrow) at 16:00 so I have4 time to practice and use it in that night’s meeting.  THANK YOU!

 

Sometimes, I do not have internet service.  For instance, if I am on an airplane without wi-fi.  However, the Zoom pop up "unable to establish secure connection" constantly appears, interfering with whatever I am doing on the computer.  How can I disable this pop up when I have no internet service? 

Been running into this issue for several months and everything I have tried has not worked. I have Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars turned on in the Account Settings. I have Read.ai, Otter.ai, Fathom.video blocked as domains. And I have Only authenticated users can join meetings from Web client turned on.Yet every meeting we have I have to kick several of these AI notetakers from our meetings. We don't want to have turn on Waiting Room for every meeting.As an admin can I not stop these from joining all the time?

Zoom-7.0.00 for Linux. Impossible to use text input tool for whiteboard, since Zoom interprets non-latin letters incorrectly, as commands to switch focus or change tools.

Hi,User in my team as a contact centre are having issues where the call doesn't ring or connect and just pop up as a missed call. This isn't every call and doesn't affect all agents but some experience every other call. 

Can I schedule a meeting for 70 attendees by first listing 4 attendees in the Scheduler template and Saving that template?  Zoom will assign the Meeting Link and schedule.  May I then open a Google email, addressed to 66 attendees, cut and paste the Zoom Meeting Link on to this Google email?    

You know how you can change it so an animal avatar, like a bunny, cat, fox, etc shows up instead of your face, can I make it so it only appears when I turn my video on, because it currently shows it all the time, wether my video is on or not. I want it so it only appears when my video is on, and when my video is off, it only shows my name and profile picture? Can anyone help me out here, please and thank you!

I too am having issues with my Apple Pencil on the classic whiteboard but not one that I am seeing here,  My issue is that when I use my apple pencil to write as I write the letters disappear immediately(but not all of them!) and sometimes I have to write the same letter(symbol) three or four times before it stays on the screen.  But there is even more weirdness going on,  If I use the highlighter feature available as a pencil choice it works as it should.  In addition if in the pencil mode and I use my finger to write, there is also no issue with letters disappearing.  HELP!!!!

I just learned today that the blocked/spam indicator icon is not an org-synced indicator.  All our zoom phone users are expected to report spam calls that they answer, but since the blocked/spam icon isn’t an org-synced indicator, the only way to verify if numbers are being reported by staff members is to search the manual spam number list.  I believe organizations using zoom phone would universally benefit if the blocked indicator was org-synced.To the development team: “Zoom Phone: When an admin/user marks a number as spam (Manual Spam Number list), show the same ‘marked as spam/blocked’ indicator icon in call history for all users/org members (especially call queue members), not just the user who reported it.”

I love the mini window that appears when you minimize the main display window.  It no longer appears when I minimize.  How do I restore this?  Allows me to see my audience while still viewing information on screen.  I’m running Version: 7.1.5 (43453)

Hi, we’ve just received over 800 spam registrations to our webinar. Zoom support says we have to delete them one at a time. Is there a way to mass delete and a way to stop this aside from switching to manual approval? Since we had over 400 registered, switching to manual will require a lot more work to individually approve so keen to avoid. Many thanks,James 

I am using my personal meeting room link to schedule meetings. I attach the link to a meeting in my calendar, but when I click on the link in my calendar, while logged into my zoom account, I get put into the waiting room, waiting for the host to start the meeting. But I AM the host.  The only thing I have found that could possibly be the issue is that my calendar is a different email address than my zoom account? Is it because I'm clicking on the link from my email that it doesn't recognize me in zoom? But i'm already logged into the zoom account on my computer. So it doesn't seem right. HELP!

I'm using a MacBook Pro with iOS Sonoma 14.0 and the current Zoom website to attend and host meetings. After the last iOS update, a window pops up at the end of the meeting, asking to access data from other apps. I do not wish this to happen, so I select "Don't Allow". The window continues to pop up, although I have already declined this access. Hoe do I get the window to disappear forever?

Hiwe are having issue with the new Ubuntu Version and the Zoom Client.When we are using our headset it does not work. It is working with all other applications and webservices but it does not work with the Zoom Client > tested with the newest one 6.2.6It was working with the older Versions of Ubuntu, other users form our company are having no issues with older Ubuntu Versions.Any other users out there who has made the same experiance?Cheers
