Hi, I have trouble sharing my screen. There is no option to share a single window, etc. The only options are "Use system desktop capture," "Use system window capture," and "Whiteboard." The first two options show the whole desktop oversaturated and so bright that the others can't see any details. When I click Stop sharing, Zoom hangs and can only be closed forcefully (kill process) and restarted, connecting to a conference again. The only option is to switch to an X11 session and launch Zoom there. I read in a newsletter from 2024-01-22 that this bug had been fixed in version 5.11.1. Hello, we have been having a companywide issue with blue popup boxes displaying when sharing a screen in zoom. These take up the screen and will block your view to see PowerPoint, or any application being shared. This happens in our conference rooms, and on our laptops while in a Zoom meeting. Others on the call can see it as well. We were told by Zoom customer support to check out our graphics card drivers, which we have Intel Iris. All drivers are up to date, including the newest Zoom 6.2.3. We have tried switching screen sharing modes, which will sometimes resolve the issue if laptops are set on "Advanced Share Without Window Filtering". But the next day this issue arises again, and the different modes will not resolve this. We host daily meetings, and webinars with outside suppliers and business owners. I've just started using Zoom Phone as part of a trial before the rest of our company moves over. I've been able to sync my iPhone contacts within the Zoom iOS app and they show under "Phone Contacts" in that app, but the desktop app doesn't seem to sync with the phone app. Is there any setting or integration I'm missing? This seems utterly basic so I'd be shocked if phone contact sync to the desktop app is not supported.
Sorry for the basic question, I've been searching on zoom for an hour and can't find the answer. We need a package to include co-host or alternative host and wondering if the workplace pro covers this as it's a lot cheaper than the webinar package. We don't need all the fancy stuff in the webinar package and up to 100 participants would be more than adequate. Thanks.
I want to share 2 different videos at the same time to two different breakout rooms...how can I do this?I want only one of the 2 videos available to each room
We are a non-profit, HIPPA compliant agency. At several zoom meetings we have hosted recently, we have heard from many participants that they attended the meeting and could hear everything going on, but were unable to show their video, chat to us, or unmute. On our side, we did not even know they attended until we heard from them afterwards, because they did not show up on our participant list, nor could we see or hear them. This is a problem for confidentiality since we are unsure of who is attending.What is the cause and how can it be corrected? Thank you
We are having trouble finding the option to upload images, pdfs, etc. on the Zoom whiteboard. This goes for all organizational and external users. On the backend we have enabled uploading capabilities for all users, but the option is not available in the whiteboard while using it. What can we do?
I've been having an issue for a little over a week now that I can't seem to resolve. When on Zoom, my input audio sounds robotic with a bit of static. This only happens in Zoom and not on OBS or any other recording software that I use. This also happens with both my audio interface setup and USB-based microphones. I'm on a Mac M-based computer currently running Zoom v6.2.10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I have a high quality interface and XLR-based microphone setup that sounds perfect everywhere else. I have tried using other high quality USB-based microphones and the only devices that do not sound different than other recording software are my Apple AirPods and AirPods Max's. I have tried changing the audio settings to nearly all variations of Original Sound for Musicians and Zoom Background Noise Removal. Nothing seems to fix this issue. What else can I do to fix this issue?
I experience this error when I try to start a meeting or join meetings now. It says "Unable to Join the Meeting" Error Code: 13224. What could I do for this? I have a Zoom user license now. I have tried sending a report but nothing has changed. My devices are a desktop and Android phone. The error shows on both devices.
Dear all, Whenever I look for advice on how to change the number of visible participants in meeting I often end up quite confused as to what should be possible. Sometimes settings that people advise me to change aren't available. This article talks about the CPU requirements for a desktop client: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0063672 It doesn't mention a web client or whether the operating system makes a difference. I would like to know how to find out definitively , what platforms support the display of what numbers of people. It would be good to know also why restrictions are placed on different clients. Why, for example, would it not be possible for every client to attempt to display as many people as possible, and allow the end user to change the number if performance was unacceptable. I use Zoom to stream to a costum location.I need to enable automated capitoning in Zoom, but I don't want the captions are visible on livestream.Do you know if it's possibile to disabile the capitons viewing in livestream (only in livestream)?Thanks Isabella
Ever since Zoom switched to Workplace, it's been hit or miss getting an audio transcript of my meetings. I have a business account and work on a Mac. Under the Recording tab, I have cloud recordings enabled. Would scheduling the meeting through Acuity Calendar have anything to do with it? This situation only began happening when I upgraded to Workspace. Help!

So I am eating out to you ask if you have TESTED and working solution to enable affiliations on Zoom Webinars i.e. tracking sources of registrations and revenue tracking/sharing functionality. I can imagine how to do this, but I have never done it.
Hey we are trying to update Zoom (from 6.2.2 to 6.2.3 on Windows) on one of our users machines but we can't install, uninstall or update Zoom. We get the error message "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" but we don't use a network resource but just a local installation on the C drive here's the path: "C:\Program Files\Zoom\temp\temp.msi". Also when guiding it to the right folder where this installer sits it's throwing the same error.What I tried: Downloading Zoom installer 64 bit from the official site. No success in installation it tries to remove the old installation but runns into the same error as mentioned above. Uninstalling Zoom doesn't work it also runns into the same error. Updating via the app doesn't work also the same error occurs. Question: Is there a Zoom tool for clean uninstallation? Any help would be appreciated.
Hello, We recorded a webinar and I cannot find it. I believe what happened is during the process of creating the recording a pop-up box appeared and I clicked cancel. I never had a box pop up before and not sure what the box was but apparently i lost the recording. Can it be recovered. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,When You schedule a meeting and check automatically record zoom meeting, and as an option you choose record to a computer. Is recording will record the meeting without host automatically and then send record to documents folder? One of the our users said that this was works for him before.
I am pretty sure this is a bug brought on by the recent update. If I plan a meeting from my home screen, I get a pop up message with the invitation text that I can copy/paste. But the meeting does not get pushed to my calendar. However if I plan the meeting with the new calendar tab that was added, it still gets pushed to my calendar. In principle I don't need a solution since I can just plan the meeting through the new calendar. But I am very annoyed that I've missed several meetings last week because of this bug.
I have 2 cameras set up for Zoom Workplace. When I toggle between my cameras (Alt + N) it goes from camera #1 to camera #2. But if I toggle again, it goes for a 3rd "camera" titled "screen-capture-recording". This gives me an unending view of my desktop. Obviously I don't need this as a camera. I have spent hours and hours reading fixes for this and cannot figure out how to either disable it or delete it from my cameras in Zoom. All help is appreciated!
I'd like to use the slide control feature for an upcoming webinar. However, whilst doing a test webinar the slide control didn't appear in the task bar. I was sharing a PowerPoint presentation in full screen mode and it still didn't appear. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
