SCHEDULER problems with links

I want to create ONE booking link, that I can share so someone else can pick a time that works for both of us! The link should give access to my booking page.  Creating a booking page allows your clients to view your availability and schedule a time that suits you both. You can create recurring time schedules, which repeat until a specific date or can repeat forever.

I don’t know which one of the SCHEDLE TYPES to use. One to One, Any host Available, All Hosts Available, One to Many or One off Meeting?
