I have been using Zoom for many months with no problems. Today, (Sunday 30th June 2024) I logged in after a week and on my Macbook Air (MacOS Catalina, 10.15.7) the Whiteboard does not load at all and is stuck on the initial loading screen. It updated to Zoom workplace and I have the new interface so I suspect it has something to do with this? I have tried restarting the Zoom client, my laptop and nothing works. This is a big problem for me as I teach using Zoom Whiteboard; I therefore need this to be resolved as soon as possible.
Hi, Usually when I share a screen, all user thumbnails appear on the side (when recording to computer), but when I am on YouTube Live streaming, only the thumbnail of the person speaking shows.How can I make all user thumbnails show on YouTube live?
I've been searching for an option here, Due to the lack of choice in Wifi handsets that work with zoom and don't require us to roll out an entirely new DECT infrastructure, we are thinking about dropping our Grandstream wifi phones that have not been performing well at all and simply getting some rugged android phones and installing the app to use. I've found the discussion that you should go into the default apps and change the dialer, but Zoom does not appear as a choice to switch to, so it appears the application doesn't offer itself to android as possible dialer application. But I found an old thread from someone asking to Un-do exactly what I am trying to do now....so is it possible?

I am having issues generating a link with embedded passwords. We have three zoom licenses and two work fine. On the third, the link that is generated does not include the password information. I have followed the instructions in this support article: Embedding meeting passcode in invite linkhttps://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065979 my profile for this account has the embed passcode in link turned on. However, I am unable to get the embedded password in the personal meeting space. Thanks!

My company recently migrated all sister companies under one enterprise Microsoft 365 account. Since then, in the desktop client, I receive the following message: "Your calendar service has been disconnected from your account. Configure Your Settings."When I click on Configure Your Settings, I am taken to the Zoom website with the "Select a Service" pop-up. I choose Office 365 and click Next, then Authorize. Then I get the following message: "Configure calendar successfully. You can go to client to check your upcoming meetings."However, nothing changes. I still see the error in the client.Thanks for any help you can provide!
My account states that there are 2 available pro licenses but when I go to assign them there is an error message telling me I have run out of licenses and need to purchase more
Not sure how to go about posting this. I sent a ticket through web and they directed me to a "give feedback" area that doesn't exist in my Desktop client. Apologies if this is wrong place!Anyway - I use transcript feature for meetings as I am exclusively over video. I would love to have the date and time embedded in the transcript automatically rather than having to edit it manually. I batch download transcripts and it's cumbersome to cross-reference manually. When I download the file, the timestamp of when I download the file is created in the filename, but not when the actual meeting occurred. This information is redundant because I can already see in my Explorer when the file was downloaded.Secondly, I use the same meeting room and have the waiting room feature for back to back meetings. If I mirror my camera video, I noticed on my recordings the video is not mirrored. Is that how it's supposed to work, is mirror my video more of just a confidence monitor feature? ThanksKJH
I don't own a car. Recently I have randomly entered safe driving mode and got entirely stuck. The only way out was to end the whole meeting and start again. This is SO frustrating. Does anyone know if í can entirely disable it? I tried asking the bot and it just gave me drivel about it being a safety feature. Well it's not that if it happens randomly and disrupts my meetings.
My friend and I both use Zoom Workplace Pro, running version 6.5.9 (61929). I regularly record meetings (2–10 participants) either locally on my Mac Mini or to the cloud, and the recordings are always high resolution—typically around 1750×1336, and sometimes as high as 2560×1400. My friend records a larger meeting every few months (40–80 participants). Most of the time his recordings are also decent quality, but on two occasions the resolution dropped all the way down to 640×360. Internet bandwidth doesn’t appear to be the issue: my connection can dip as low as 100 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up (sometimes up to 600/20), while his is consistently strong at 600+ down and 300+ up. The one difference is that he sometimes joins/records via the web client instead of the desktop app. Question:What steps should my friend take to ensure his large-meeting recordings are consistently high resolution? Should he avoid the web client and always use the app, or are there other settings/factor
I am a professor using Zoom. My students had a final assignment, and other students needed 1:1 support. I went to breakout rooms and have only the first four submissions sent while I was in the main room. This is a TERRIBLE flaw. The owner and host MUST be able to retrieve all content. Is there a way to do this (for the future)?
Hi,I have been so frustrated! I uploaded some new images into my Zoom settings and changed my background image to a new one. The problem is that even after making this change, the old image is still the one showing up in my background. Why is this happening? I made the change, why is my change not taking effect, but holding on to the old image? I tried going back into my settings multiple times to make sure I clicked on the new image I wanted, but it is not registering the change whenever I go to a Zoom meeting. I hope someone can help me with this, because I don't know what else to do! This seems like a simple enough change to make, yet it is not working.
I followed the suggestions provided by zoom. I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version. That did not solve the problem. I am using a Lenovo X1 Carbon. My computer consultant helped me go to the advanced video feature in zoom and disable the hardware acceleration feature. Thus far I have had several zoom meetings without interruption. Perhaps this will help others on this chat.
I'm suffering from a problem while using zoom app. It's cut my phone's network in every 4/5 seconds. It's happening only while using this app only. I reset my phone network and use a strong internet connection. But I can't fixed this problem. Can anyone suggest me please. Using Xiaomi 13c phone and banglalink internet connection.
When in a meeting, I sometimes need to share a screen or photo from my phone or tablet. In order to do so, I have to manually look up and type the meeting ID and password, even though I am in a meeting and my phone shows the banner (to transfer) in the app. It would be very helpful to be able to just share from my phone to an active meeting, without having to switch devices or manually type all of the information in.

Hi!I'd like to automatically join the meeting from browser every time I click a Zoom Link. Right now, when I click Zoom Link, it gives me an option to either join via Zoom Desktop or join via Zoom Browser. I want to always join via Zoom Browser. Is it possible?
I was recording a session and paused at the end. I forgot I had payed (or stopped) and went to do this again, and it re started, so again I paused. In this process when the file converted it only gave me the 3 second second recording and not the main recording. Im on free zoom, does anyone know how to find the first section of the recording?
Posting here because this stupid company only offers customer support to paying customers which is f***ing ridiculous. I paid $120 dollars for a lesson that I wanted to record to watch back later. When I was in the meeting I hit record, the organizer was sharing their screen and I saw them click accept. So I figured it was recording. But apparently, Zoom thought it was a good idea to make you have to click record again which makes no f***ing sense. I checked my account and the recording isn't there. I know for a fact Zoom is storing these meetings somewhere within their own cloud even though it won't be in my account. Does anyone know how I can contact them to request the recording even though I'm on a free account?
