I can't open Zoom Meeting with error code 13224

Hi all, 

 

I can't open Zoom Meeting with error code 13224.

I created the support ticket but there is no any support from Zoom.

Are there any way to ask Zoom Support and fix the problem?

You can update Zoom to fix this error

Here are a few quick steps to try:

  1. Update Zoom to the latest version
  2. Restart your computer
  3. Clear Zoom’s cache
  4. Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall
  5. Or, try joining through your web browser
