Several of our users are experiencing a problem on their Polycom VVX411 phones where the message light is flashing and the screen shows new messages; however, there are no messages there. Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution?
When I am sharing screens on MS Teams, I can use my ZoomIt tool to zoom in and out on content i want to focus on. The zoom function of the ZoomIt tool doesn't work on ZOOM, no one can see what I am zooming in on.Is there a way to zoom in and out using the ZOOM interface instead?
Our small church has been using Zoom Rooms for hybrid worship services for several years. It has been a wonderful way for home-bound and remote members to stay connected, and we appreciate the two-way interaction that Zoom offers compared to streaming alternatives.Unfortunately, the experience has declined over time. My primary concern is audio quality:We use multiple inexpensive USB microphones (including those built into webcams). In past versions of Zoom Rooms, audio was good and worked reliably. But recent changes to noise suppression and echo cancellation have made the sound consistently worse. It is now difficult to achieve good audio. (We do have a direct analog connection from the church sound system, which works well — but only when the speaker is at the pulpit mic.) I was trying to download the files for a video recording. I selected "Record a separate audio file of each participant" in the settings. There were 2 participants in the recorded Zoom call. I downloaded the video files and also an audio file but there doesn't appear to be separate audio files for each speaker. I did receive this message when downloading the files - "The separate audio file of each participant won't be included, you can download them in the list." What list? There does not appear to be a list of separate audio files.The cloud recordings list indicates that there are 5 files for the particular recording, which I assume are the speaker view, the gallery view, the combined audio file (both participants) and one audio file for each of the participants. But there appears to be no way to access the separate audio files.I am obviously missing something but what that might be is not intuitive.Thanks for your help!
Want to add paging to new poly sets being added have succesfully added it for Avaya phones using ProvisioningTemplate looking Poly sets examples ,documentation is vague. Just need to get syntax corect for Poly and what to include and what to leave out for paging feature
I have users that connect to a server via Parallels for a remote desktop. They complain about call lag when calling another Zoom user with a desktop on the server. Would Zoom VDI be a solution for them? From what I understand there is a VDI Workplace installer like the Zoom client that goes on the server and a VDI plugin that is installed to the users local machine so all VOIP processing gets done on the local laptop?

Is there a way to disable the Zoom Workplace app from audibly ringing when it is connected to a desk phone using call control? We've recently started using Zoom phone, and several users have said it's annoying hearing the Zoom ringtone as well as the desk phone ring tone. Is there a way to do this, or any alternative solutions that could be suggested? We use Yealink T44W handsets if that is useful to know at all.

I've noticed that while hosting Zoom meetings, my video output appears to be of low quality. However, I can view the videos of invited participants in high quality. I am using a Logitech Brio 4K camera. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?
I have coworkers that are using Android devices (watches) that are able to see who is calling them from Zoom and are able to answer said call. I have tried all the tricks/tips on how to get this to work on my Apple Watch, but cannot get any of it to work. Anyone know if this still isn't available on Apple Watches? Thanks!

I own and administer a Zoom Work Pro account. But lately, when I try to start/host a meeting, it tells me the host has ended the meeting and so I can’t start a meeting. But I’m the only host! And my account details(password) are safeguarded so I’m certain I one else has access to the account. So, then, why do I keep getting such a message?Second, to try to resolve this, I signed out and tried to sign in again, but couldn’t. It kept saying my email is invalid.Third, even when I get to start meetings, my guests can’t log in— not even with the correct login details or invite link. It keeps telling them it’s an invalid meeting ID.Lastly, I keep getting error messages when opening my whiteboards and so can’t open them.
Hi. I recorded a Zoom meeting on cloud while I was using the free version. Now, I really need to rewatch that recording. Could I access the cloud recording once I have made payments? The meeting was less than 24 hours ago.
Hello,After the Zoom server issue yesterday, we found that some accounts became unusable. We are using Zoom Workplace and conduct chats and meetings through Team Chat, without using meeting links.Although affected users can log in normally, we cannot send messages or start meetings with their accounts. We have tried all possible troubleshooting steps such as rebooting, checking for updates, and reinstalling, but nothing worked — we had to create new accounts in order to continue our meetings.When we send a message to an affected account, we receive a notification saying “The user does not exist.” However, the account still appears online and even shows as “In a meeting.”We also asked the affected users to send us messages or initiate meetings, but that didn’t work either — the connection failed, and messages could not be delivered.Could anyone please advise if there is a fix for this issue or if Zoom is aware of an ongoing problem related to this?Thank you.
Most of the time, I experience this issue during scheduled Zoom meetings initiated via the Neat Pad to an LCD screen.The host can see invited participants on their laptop through Zoom, but cannot see the same participants on the external screen connected via the Neat Pad, even though all settings in Zoom and on the Neat Pad appear to be correct. What could be the reason?

I added a new language inside ZOOM settings and it appears among the list on the website. However, when I schedule a new meeting and want to add the interpreter, the said language isn't present. Is there something that I'm missing? Thank you in advance.

Hi,I'm trying to use Zapier to take my AI Meeting Summary and put it in my CRM, however that requires the invitee email address to be pulled into Zapier, which doesn't currently show.Any idea how to get all the fields we actually need to be pushed from Zoom to Zapier? Otherwise, the only way to get these summaries is a manual upload of a doc, which is crazy in this day and age!
