I'm currently using Zoom on a dual monitor setup. I've come to like having my video full screen on one monitor with the chat and participants boxes in a particular position on the other monitor. Currently, I have to re-set this up each time I sign into a meeting. Is there a way to set my configuration as default so that it loads in with those windows open and where I want them each time I enter a new meeting?  Thanks,HVance

Hey!, Zoom Community members! I noticed something strange while using the AI Voice Recorder.The real-time transcription worked correctly, but the transcription saved in the Zoom portal was completely useless.Worst of all, previously the real-time transcription text was saved to the cloud, but now transcriptions are created based on the recorded audio data, which is very disappointing.This happens when the microphone volume is too low.When I play back recordings saved to the cloud, it sounds incredibly faint, like the buzzing of a mosquito.This doesn't happen when recording Zoom meetings.Is there a setting in the Voice Recorder to automatically adjust the microphone volume?If anyone knows, I'd appreciate your help. AIボイスレコーダーを使っていて奇妙な事に気づきました。リアルタイムの文字起こしは正しく行われていましたが、Zoomポータルに保存された文字起こしは、全く役に立たないものでした。最悪なことに、以前は、リアルタイムの文字起こしテキストがクラウドに保存されていたのですが、今は、録音データを元に文字起こしが作成されるようになっていて、非常に残念です。このような事は、マイクの音量が小さい時に発生します。クラウドに保存された録音を再生すると蚊の羽音のようにとても小さいのです。Zoomミーティングで録音した場合にはこの様な事は起こりません

I use  zoom to do an online karaoke room twice a week, and I noticed in the last update  (5.14.7)  the "Live Performance Audio" setting, but an unable to evaluate it because I get the following error "Unable to start Live Performance Audio"  when attempting to turn it on from the upper left hand corner, where I turn on Original Sound as well.  We're both on Mac OS

Hi, I've been trying to get my App Live Streaming on my Zoom. It finally worked to add a channel but still isn't allowing me to LIVE STREAM on my facebook page. It's giving me this error..  ERROR: Failed to Connect to Zoom Services- Please refresh App and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. I tried what it recommended and it's still not working. HELP! 

Hi, for the past few months my Zoom will intermittently cut out in the middle of the meeting. On my end, I experience this as approximately 15-30 seconds of my Zoom disappearing from my screen and rebooting and returning me to the meeting space. On the other end, other participants experience this as my screen freezing.I am fairly certain that this is specific to my Mac desktop as this does not happen when I participate via my iPhone. I am also fairly certain that this is not related to my internet connection as other apps are connected to the internet while it happens.I thought that it may be related to my hard drive, however I recently had to erase and reinstall my hard drive.Solutions appreciated.Thanks!

I went to a zoominar(from Zoom), about the webinar + and setup of events, etc.I did have several questions about setup:We need to be able to setup an event that is 4 weeks, daily, with different sessions throughout the day, different times, instructors.Registration.  We need to be able to acquire who attends each event to ensure they are coming to all their sessions or at least a good number of them, otherwise, they don't get their badge of completion!Would registering once for all events be, besides a good user experience, advisable, would we get the registration numbers we require or what would be the cons of doing it this way?Do we need the Multi-event ability in our company account to schedule or setup our event this way?I do like the ability to have a page/portal for the attendees to go to, register(either once or for each event)-would this work in our case?Can we set a time limit on the videos recorded for the event?  In other words, they're internal to the attendees, s

The zoom meeting link works fine in windows/macos but it asks for a passcode when I try to join in linux.Using cachyOS.

I am on a zoom call for work, I have a set background that pops up when I sign on to these calls. All of a sudden, today, my actual face has not been detected in the zoom call. All it shows is my set background and not my face. I have received no error messages, the "hide self view" button is not marked on my video settings, I tried restarting my laptop and it didn't work. My profile status is constantly saying "In a Calendar Event" so people are not contacting me because of it. How do I change/remove this status?

I am trying out using Zoom Mail with my outlook 365 email.  When a new email comes in, the icon app on my iphone isn't displaying a badge number for the number of new emails.

Hi, a couple weeks ago I created a webinar (as per normal process - nothing different). And that usually creates a registration link which I normally share with my registrants so they can join on the day. But once the webinar started, I noticed we only had 3 participants (normally we have 50+) and so I went and tested the link that was sent to registrants. And the link was leading to another webinar with the exact same title and exact same settings....just a different ID. Can someone help me understand how in the world this could have happened if I only had one webinar created?  Thanks!

Does Zoom Support multiple NDI cameras?  Looking to see if Zoom will support 4 NDI cameras 

I would like to request the following feature for the zoom participants reports feature. Currently my process is to export the reports in an XML and then use excel to sort by name. The feature I would like to request is the simple ability to click on the name column, and sort it by name (first and/or last)

When I join a Zoom meeting using either a meeting URL or meeting ID, I am able to enter the session, but it restarts immediately afterwards. This issue is not isolated to me; other users are experiencing the same problem in my domain.

Hello, My company is about to go live with Zoom. We are on track for day 1 contact center flows.We would like to implement an authentication layer to verify callers against D365 contact values before they get routed to a human agent who will get a case pop.We have a D365 dev who has published apis and they work fine. I have used these apis in the past with other tools that make use of the api schema such as n8n webhooks and postman. I have noticed that the call using json body parameters works as expected, only if I reference the collect input widget directly. (eg. Collect_SiteID.digits). If I try and reference a set variable path, the value is not passed the http call.This is not an issue at the moment as we will only go live with the non human authentication layer in Jan 2026 at the earliest and I can get it to work. Zoom's documentation seems to suggest you can pass in variables. Why else would they be there? Is there any end to end resource that rinses this process. For exampl

I am trying to embed a Zoom Webinar registration form onto a page on our website using an iframe.To make the embed look seamless and match our site's branding, I need to completely hide Zoom's default header and footer on the registration page.The technical method to hide these elements is using the Custom CSS tab under the Zoom Admin Portal to Advanced to Branding.However, this Custom CSS tab is currently NOT visible in my admin account.

I've noticed that on Zoom for android, you cannot use an external microphone 🎤 with the application. You are only forced to stay with the default mic. I have the Hollyland Lark A1 microphones which should make me mobile when handling meetings. They work well with both the video and audio recording applications but don't work on Zoom.

When running a meeting we are streaming to YouTube, sometimes we have a break of 10 minutes until the meeting reconvenes.  Can we display a logo and message that streams to YouTube instead of just an empty video?

On macOS, when I share my screen, Zoom steals focus whenever I switch Spaces (virtual desktops) in macOS. When this happens, Zoom receives all my keyboard inputs instead of the application on the screen. I do not use a mouse and this is getting in the way of my accessibility of using my computer at work. I urge Zoom to fix this; this behavior is not ADA compliant and is in direct violation of best practices for accessibility.

Hello. I recorded a Zoom meeting, and the recording file once converted has been corrupted. It has video and audio for the first 10 seconds, but it freezes and the audio cuts out until the last 30 seconds. My Zoom is updated. Also, the recording didn't appear in the recording section of my account.  I have a 2020 MacBook, and the basic plan.  Any help?Thanks.
