Seeing a bug in Linux where I'm unable to pin meeting participants as a cohost. When I mouse-hover on the "Pin" option in the right-click menu on the meeting pane, I see a tooltip: "Pinning is currently unavailable due to the high number of meeting participants." This is happening in meetings with less than 20 people. Seems like a bug!
I cannot find the recording for my user, but the reports show the recording of 21.23 GB.
I'm using Zoom on my desktop with Windows 11. People always have a hard time hearing me and I feel like I'm yelling. My microphone settings have the level at max and I have the volume up high to be able to hear them although not at max in the toolbar settings. How do I rectify so the outgoing volume is increased?

Hi everyone, As a host on a meeting, I cannot share either sound or the advanced setting "share computer audio". It seems like there much be an issue with screen sharing settings? It's completely greyed out and unable to be clicked.
Today I planned a new meeting and then I wanted, as usual, copy the link and send an Email from my GMail-Account. New: the link to the meeting isnt shown any more?? I can´t copy it out?Sorry, that is a nogo! I am obvisously being forced to use the zoom-internal Mailsystem to invite people. Sorry, can´t do since due to DSGVO (Datasecurity in Germany) I am not allowed to share Email of my clients.I have not yet figured out if there is another way to find the link.Any help on where I can get this is very apprechated.Dirk
I have 16 total Grandstream gateways in our environment. Many of the ports on these gateways initiate outbound "ghost" calls dialing +11, +12, +122, and so many other combinations but never a complete number. My company manages retirement communities and we manage about 25% of our resident phones through the Grandstream gateways. I opened a ticket with Grandstream, but they keep giving me solutions to INBOUND "ghost" calls, which I do not have an issue. Has anyone seen this in their environment?
Is there a way to allow customers to rearrange the screen, even when someone has raised their hand?

Can someone verify if I've received a real or fake email from zoom. It was sent to my work address with the subject: New Meeting Invite: Quarterly Performance Review. The message inside the email says: This is a reminder that your scheduled Zoom meeting will begin in a few minutes. There is no meeting ID/number. It's just a link that says, "Join Zoom Meeting" and the address it was sent from is:noreply at meet-zoom.us I didn't click on the link, but I copied it. Hi team, I am running zoom on Crestron UC-Engine. I am taking three outputs to three displays. One output is taken from HDMI and it is working fine. The other two output is taken from the DP port and is connected to the displays using DP-to-HDMI cable, but the content is not getting streamed. Just wanted to know if there is any settings to changed for taking DP port output. Your support on this will be valuable.
Help!I just updated Zoom to 5.9.1 (3506) on M1 MacBook Pro running OS 12.0.1 (Monterey). I can no longer make any window in the Zoom app smaller vertically than half of my screen. I usually shrink the meeting window to a fairly small part of my screen so I can use the rest of the screen for note-taking, so this is a huge problem for me. Tech support couldn't understand what I meant about "Window size" and just kept suggesting I change "View," which is not relevant or helpful. Is there anything I can do, or does Zoom now require Mac users to use up half their screen with any Zoom meeting? Thanks for any advice.

Hi,We have BLF keys on our Poly phones but they are not showing up on the workplace windows or phone app. We are only able to see the parked lines. How do we display the blf keys so users can call each other and see their line status.
I raised a ticket to retrieve my participation history records in meetings(where I am not the host) from my account that was backdated more than 30 days. After taking 3 days to get all the info from me, the Customer support executive says he cannot retrieve the record from the Host id due to Security reasons. I completely understand that. When I asked him to check with my details because he searched for my records giving my mail ID in the Host Mail field(which I found from the screenshot he shared), he says he has already tried that and shared the screenshots for proof. How can he search with my ID in the Host Email field when I was an attendee only? I really do not understand the response and I have already wasted 3 days on this. Could someone help me on how to escalate this? I am not able to find the escalate option on the request page.
Hi, during work meetings, without me having changed anything in the settings, suddenly the thumbs up icon pops up (apparently in response to some hand gesture that I make). At other times, baloons starts streaming from the "ceiling" of my window. These are completely inappropriate for the types of meeting that I am conducting and I'm not successful in finding way of disabling them (I don't even know what triggers these "features.")
This week Zoom introduced a new audio regression:If the host or co-host mutes their microphone, shared computer audio stops being heard by participants. This was NEVER the behavior for years, and it breaks all music-based workflows (karaoke hosts, music teachers, fitness instructors, church services, etc.). Please escalate this as a priority bug. Many users rely on being able to mute their mic while playing music or videos.
Several recordings have split at awkward times. None are split at a break during the meeting when it's paused. It's literally in the middle of someone speaking. And the new recording even has different settings than the first one. Most recently it looks like this: 4 hours of gallery view, end of file but not done with the meeting, 11 minutes of spotlight view, end of my meeting. Why start a new recording after 4 hours here, and in another meeting it did the same thing 7 hours in and split into a new recording for the remaining 35 minutes. AND THEN one time it split three times in a 20-minute recording. Like, what's the algorithm here? And please no Bots or copy/paste "Zoom specialists" responding with check settings or how to get to settings, etc.. We're four years into Zoom being the norm, so trust me when I say it's not there or in any of the settings platforms because I've double-checked before EVERY meeting. It'
I use the Zoom app on my Chromebook, but I've had this issue with the web version and the downloaded program on my windows computer before. There's a button when you log in that says "keep me logged in" that seemingly is only for aesthetic purposes. I am logged out after every meeting, rendering the button useless. I've seen that because I have a free account I can't host for longer than 40 minutes, and lucky for me, I'm not hosting! I've searched the forum and seen this question being asked but not answered several times. I've seen random (sorta scetchy) tricks in order to stay signed in but... the button that says "stay signed in" should do that. The constant logging in is annoying to the point of me not wanting to use zoom at all. If my internet gets shaky and the call lags for longer than 5 seconds, I have to log back in. If I have two meetings back to back, I have to log back in between them. If I want to check my schedule after a meeting, I have to log back in. It
Hi everyone,I'm looking for help understanding an issue I experienced during a Zoom meeting yesterday.I was the host and had cloud recording enabled. However, during the meeting, the recording stopped on its own and restarted about a second later. This happened twice. As a result, the final recording is split into three separate files of different lengths.I'm absolutely certain I didn’t manually stop or pause the recording, and I didn’t change any settings during the session. Has anyone else experienced this? I updated my waiting room picture and text but it is not updated for folks waiting for me to open the meeting. It is still the old logo showing. Other than waiting room customization, I can't find where to update the screen that people see when they are waiting for me to open the meeting. In the waiting room customization area it shows the new logo I uploaded, but it's not showing that logo to folks waiting for me to open the room?
Hello, I'm an admin of a Zoom Business account with unlimited cloud recording storage. When I deactivate a user from a Zoom Business account, what will happen to the cloud recordings associated to the user? If the recordings are not deleted, how long will they last? (I know the recordings will be gone when I delete the user; I want to make sure about what will happen when I deactivate the user.) Thank you.
I encounter a case where api calls to get user info in meeting failed with error 'missing scope' while my application contains this scope and it worked with the defiend scope for the last 8 years, I just wonder if its just a wrong indication for timeout access token? had anyone seen it?
