Is this real or spam?

Can someone verify if I've received a real or fake email from zoom. It was sent to my work address with the subject: New Meeting Invite: Quarterly Performance Review.

 

The message inside the email says: This is a reminder that your scheduled Zoom meeting will begin in a few minutes. 

 

There is no meeting ID/number. It's just a link that says, "Join Zoom Meeting" and the address it was sent from is:

noreply at meet-zoom.us

 

I didn't click on the link, but I copied it. It's a very long address that begins with http://us-api.mimecast.com.kb4.io

Fake Zoom invitations are all over the place. I am receiving at least two daily.

 

It is hard to set automatic spam filter as real genuine Zoom invitations are not easy to distinguish - email invitations are sent  from inviter email so fake ones as they mimic senders do look genuine.

Email addresses you mentioned never show up in invitation emails.

 

This is serious issue. Do not take it lightly. The only solution for now is to block all incoming Zoom invitations.

I agree pedjas. I was a victim of this just yesterday. I am a job candidate and thought I was dealing with the head hiring executive, and I wasn't. The sent a zoom invite and when hovering over it, shows https meetingszx .com (all together of course). I should have looked at this first prior to clicking, as my laptop almost immediately went to a blue screen saying "Windows 10 Update, 40%, do not turn off your computer etc etc). I thought it odd as it sat there. I immediately DID shut down, restart, disconnect internet, uninstalled all programs/downloads yesterdays date. The oddest part, when I was able to switch user I saw my Google up, with the lists of all my google saved passwords and my bank website, all flashed then went away. I immediately changed passwords, uninstall google and started all over. I did a lot more, but this is the bulk of it-DO NOT DO WHAT I DID. Hover and check link first! Look for any flags, the invite was slightly off, etc. Wished I had read this first-so good luck out there. =(

I keep receiving spam meeting invitations repeatedly. Since Zoom doesn't want to take any action to stop them, the only solution is to use Google Meet instead and block all Zoom invitations.

Hello, I received an email starting with <donotreply|us06web.zoom.us/meeting/ to review & sign. Is this email trustworthy or not?
