When trying to click the link in an email ( a very important one) it said I needed an upgrade. The upgrade file was flagged as a trojan virus but through many tasks, I got it as allowed but the vbs script will not install. I get to the prompt to allow changes, but then nothing! I already have Zoom on my pc but it doesn't want to find that one for some reason. HELP!
After creating a zoom survey, I created a test response to ensure it was working properly. Now I cannot find a way to delete that individual test response from the survey results without downloading the data and deleting it manually. Ideally, I would like to find a way to delete the individual survey response within the zoom platform so when I download the data I know I am downloading real responses only, and the visualization within Zoom is accurate. Any ideas?

I've been using the remind feature for chat messages on messages coming in through the Incoming Webhook app, and while it works messages will randomly say I was reminded on December 1st, 1969 and I have to go back and reset the reminders which can be frustrating when I have 10+ reminders to have to fix, by then also having to go back and look up when I need to be reminded.
I have to say, trying to find anyone to speak to at ZOOM is a bigger challenge than climbing Rushmore. I am hoping someone can help me here. When people are in my waiting room, it still displays my old company name. Everything I find tells me my new company name is on the account. How can I change this??
We have one pro account with multiple licensed users. I do NOT want to know whether the SAME licensed user can hold or attend concurrent meetings. I keep getting directed to information about that. What I want to know is whether licensed user Ashley and licensed user Brad can each have a separate meeting at the same time—they are both licensed users from the SAME pro account. Ashley and Brad do not want to attend both meetings or set up both meetings. Ashley wants to run one for her team at 2 pm, and Brad wants to run one for his team at 2 pm on the same day. Neither wants to be knocked off when the other starts their meeting. No one on their invite list wants to attend both meetings. Is this possible? I have a feeling the reason this keeps getting asked over and over is that the zoom support doc that seems to cover "concurrent meetings" only mentions if one host or user wants to run multiple meetings. User that have left the company are still showed in my user chat list with the label deleted. We have set suppress option in the admin portal but still, they are there. Anyone can help?
Hello,I was on a Zoom meeting and twice in the meeting my Zoom hand was raised. I never touched the raise my had feature. Does the Host or Co-host have the ability to raise the attendee's virtual hand? This interrupted the meeting. Please advise
I have a new ipad and have installed Zoom. When I click on a meeting and click add invitees only "send message" and "copy to clipboard" appear as options. There's no option to send email. Any help is appreciated. I'd love to not have to copy and paste into an email for every meeting. The option to "send email" does show up on Zoom on my iphone.
We anticipate a future public meeting where an attendee may want to talk over folks. When I mute this person do they have the ability to unmute themselves or is there a feature where I can mute them permanently if they get too disruptive? Does anyone have best practices on how to manage this kind of experience in a public meeting setting? Thanks.
I noticed today that Zoom is not adding a phone option to my meetings. When I signed into my account and edited a meeting, I see a message beneath my audio settings: "No dial-in countries/regions available" I followed the directions in this article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068094but got held up in tryin got adjust the "Global Dial-In Countries/Regions" setting. There is no edit button, just plain text that says "Not yet". Thoughts?

During Zoom meetings my voice is heard fine both through the computer microphone and the headset microphone. I am trying to send Morse Code which is a series of dots and dashes ( a dot is a short tone and a dash is a longer tone. The tones are approximately 700HZ in frequency.) Zoom does not recognize these tones with either microphone. These tones were recognized on my older computer using Zoom.
When using chromecast to cast a webinar to a TV... How do you cast the audio with the video? In every instance I know of the audio only plays from the casting device and not through the TV speakers...
I was recently in a meeting which was hosted by someone else which ended suddenly. I then saw the message "This free meeting has ended". Previously I have always see a message warning me that the meeting will end soon eg 10 minutes, 5 minutes. Just curious if anyone else experienced a basic (free) meeting ending without warnings? I tried both Cisco ATA-191 and Grandstream HT-802 ATAs -- neither worked, and both are in the supported devices droplist. I'm trying to convert a phone in our lift to allow calls (for elevator inspection). The analog phone line connects to the ATA and the ATA shows "NET" and allows logging in with a webpage, so it's online. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I teach Pilates on Zoom and I send the clips to my participants. Up until this Friday they have been able to open the clips and do the class on their iPads. Friday that changed and they are no longer able to access the clip on their iPad. Has anyone else experienced this same problem? This is a major problem for me.

Seeing a bug in Linux where I'm unable to pin meeting participants as a cohost. When I mouse-hover on the "Pin" option in the right-click menu on the meeting pane, I see a tooltip: "Pinning is currently unavailable due to the high number of meeting participants." This is happening in meetings with less than 20 people. Seems like a bug!
I cannot find the recording for my user, but the reports show the recording of 21.23 GB.
