In the USA, there are standards and regulations for emergency phones in elevators such as American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) section A17.1.2.27.1.1.3. You may want to consider checking with your authorities having jurisdiction over lifts/elevators to see what the requirements are and what emergency phones have been approved.
Cisco ATA191-MPP (Multiplatform) with 11.3(1) firmware (7/13/2025) and Grandstream HT802 with firmware 1.0.61.5 (7/13/2025) are Zoom certified and support zero touch provisioning (ZTP). First, these ATA devices should be added as devices to Zoom Phone and assigned to at least one user. Second, connect the ATA device to the network with Internet access. Please see screen shot.
