Authenticate email for Zoom events but then just goes to the Zoom log-in page

I have been trying to get an email to be able to log into Zoom events. I have added this email as a user to the event in ticketing. When I do this, I get the authentication code in my email, enter it, and then it goes to the log-in page again. It see...
