After making the payment to move my account from basic to pro, my account is still showing basic. How much time does it take to update the account?

Hi, after I click "users" I don't see users. I have two buttons: Upgrade account, or manage users with basic plan.

Hello Team , Still my plan is not upgrade and please find two invoice attaced . i have made the payment to upgrade to pro plan two times. Its really frustrating. Payment deducted twice and plan is not upgraded yet.
