Recording issue! Audio doesn't match the screen

Hi all, We had an event yesterday that I recorded to my computer. When I converted the file, for some reason 2 of the 2.5 hours recorded the audio portion and NOT THE SCREEN? While it's nice to hear everyone's voice, the whole reason of recording is ...
