• Log in to the event on the Zoom mobile app, desktop app, or web via Zoom account by clicking the button in your confirmation email. 
• Join the event lobby.
• See the list of sessions you have access to on the "Sessions" tab. Discover sessions using the search bar or filters to find what you’re looking for.
• Tap the “bookmark” button to bookmark sessions you are interested in.

When & where is Zoomtopia 2023

Zoomtopia 2023 is a hybrid event. Content for North America runs on October 3-4, 2023. Join us in-person  at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, CA or experience the streamed content virtually from anywhere. Onsite space is limited and is expected to sell out, so sign up for to save the date on our registration launch! 

Virtual programming for APAC, EMEA, and Japan will be on Oct 4-5, 2023. Virtual attendees will access Zoomtopia through Zoom Events, our virtual event platform. More exciting events are coming soon for our global audience, so stay tuned.

What virtual event platform will Zoomtopia be hosted on? 

Zoomtopia will be hosted on Zoom Events, a virtual event platform for hosting single-session or  multi-day events. 

What is the cost to attend Zoomtopia?

Zoomtopia 2023 is a hybrid event. The exclusive in-person experience has a value of $1495, but will be sold at an early bird rate of $495 through June only. In-person will be hosted at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, California. More exciting details to come!

Our virtual offering is complementary and open to all attendees. Select sessions will be streamed to our virtual audience. 

Will live content be recorded and available after the event?

Yes, the company keynotes and select breakout sessions will be available for on-demand viewing.

What time zone will the event be in?

The programming for our North American audience will be in Pacific Time Zone. Zoomtopia will have regional agendas for our global customers. We have made considerations in scheduling our programming to serve the needs of our broad, globally-based audience as much as possible. More details on regional time zones coming soon. 

What languages will be supported at Zoomtopia?

Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese live interpretation will be available for North America programming during keynotes and select sessions. More details to come!

Do we have a mobile app for the event? 

For the in-person experience, our very own Zoom app will be featured as the onsite tool. Further information will be provided to onsite attendees closer to the event date. 

Who is Happy the Humpback Whale? 🐋

Happy the Humpback Whale is Zoomtopia’s mascot. Happy made her debut in 2018 at Zoomtopia’s “under the sea” event as a 30-foot sculpture hanging above the keynote stage. Since then, Happy has joined every Zoomtopia, no matter the theme. In 2019, Zoomtopia took Happy “out of this world” as she flew through outer space. In 2020, she took our virtual audience on a ride to the world of “epic environments.” In 2021, she appeared in various exhibits throughout our “Imaginarium,” and in 2022, she portal-jumped to “explore new dimensions!” Be sure to keep an eye out for Happy at every Zoomtopia. With a new theme comes a new place to spot Happy!

What is your cancellation policy if I am sick and cannot attend the in-person Zoomtopia event?

If you are sick and cannot attend Zoomtopia, we will miss you onsite! You will be able to cancel your registration via your profile created upon registration. Please note that you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation and all hotel charges for your stay. Refer to hotel cancellation policies and dates assigned directly by the properties to avoid charges. Zoom is not responsible for any refunds or cancellation charges from the hotels.

Zoomtopia 2024 is a hybrid and global event. Content for the Americas runs on October 9, 2024. We will livestream the keynote to the virtual audience from San Jose, CA, where a small in-person audience will be in attendance.

Virtual programming for APAC, EMEA, and Japan will stream after the Americas in a “follow the sun” model on October 10, 2024, in their respective time zones.

The programming for each of the regional events will be as follows: 

• Zoomtopia Americas: Pacific Time 
• Zoomtopia APAC: Singapore Time 
• Zoomtopia EMEA: British Summer Time
• Zoomtopia Japan: Japan Time

What is Partner Connect? 

Partner Connect is a dedicated program within the Zoomtopia event that offers exclusive content and experiences for partners. Partners will participate in the overall Zoomtopia programming, as well as in a dedicated partner keynote. In-person attendance is by invitation only, while virtual attendance is open to all Zoom partners.

The event provides the chance to learn about growth opportunities with AI and platform expansion, engaging keynotes, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and a celebration of partner achievements. Partner Connect at Zoomtopia is a transformative event for partners to enhance their Zoom practice and stay apprised of industry developments.
