Is San jose international airport closer or SFO airport? Are there any transportation services from the center other than Uber?

The San Jose Airport (San José Mineta International Airport) is indeed closer to the San Jose Convention Center, it is about a 5-10 minute ride, (traffic depending).

SFO is about a 45-60 min ride to the Convention Center Area but you may have better/cheaper flight options by choosing to fly into SFO.

You should check with your hotel, as they may have a shuttle route available that could possibly be free/cheap but will more than likely take longer and you'll be packed in with other travellers who will have different steps, which adds to your travel time.

Uber and Lyft are probably our best bet, lots of drivers available at most hours of the day and night.
