Seriously no idea... if figured maybe it was something you place on a plastic bag handles to keep them closed but that doesn't quite work.  no idea what the round this is with a snap button...

it's  a "cable taco" for organizing cords

Wow!! Nice!! I only got a round wooden disc (??) and a small round rubbery thing with snaps on that no one knows what it is lol.  A t-shirt would have been awesome. =(
