Zoom Webinar chat - participants can only write to hosts and panelists, not everyone

Hi! My problem is that during one particular Zoom webinar event, participants can only write in the chat to hosts and panelists and not to everyone as usual. What can be the problem here? Thank you in advance.

@lucatorok As the host, open the chat window, then click on three horizontal dots and make sure the "Everyone" or "everyone and anyone directly" is checked. You can refer to the screenshot I attached.
