Why is my webinar registration form pre-populated with a name and email?

I created a webinar with registration. When I click on the registration link, the form that comes up already has someone's name and email address in the registration fields. How can this pre-populated data be removed?

Did you ever get an answer for this?  I'm having the same problem.

I'm having the same issue for an upcoming scheduled meeting. The registration form is populated with a former meeting attendees name and e-mail address.
