What happens if alt host losses wifi connection during webinar with attendees?

Hi is there a way I can transfer alt host duties to a panelist during the webinar? Im not the one who owns the license and the official host sets up the webinar but isn't present during. Last time my wifi went out the zoom exited completed and attendees had to rejoin. Is there a way I as an alt host could transfer alt host capabilities to a panelist during the webinar or can the license holder be the only one to do that?

Also curious can a panelists continue the webinar if the alt-host wifi disconnects?
