Webinar registration page looks buggy

I have set up a webinar with mandatory registration. Unfortunately, the registration page looks buggy (see attached screenshot). It looks like the labels for first name, last name and email adress are white-colored on a white background, so they are invisible. Happens with different browsers (Chrome 102.0.5005.63,  Firefox 101.0.1) and from different networks. Is there anything I can do?
