Webinar registration links - no tumbnail preview

Hello,

Has anyone ever encountered an issue with sharing the registration links? I followed the specifications of the banner but when I share the link to my colleagues it only shows this:

In the past, we have never encountered this issue. The uploaded banners always show up.

Is there a workaround for this? If so, what can we do to troubleshoot this?

I am having this issue recently as well. I also can no longer share the link on LinkedIn without it blocking it. It says "the URL is blocked by rules set in robots.txt file ofits URL domain." But there doesn't seem to be a way to fix the URL as it is controlled by Zoom.

I've reached out to support but so far haven't received helpful information. They suggested clearing my cache but after troubleshooting with my IT team, the issue appears to be a Zoom bug. I'm hoping to hear back from support soon.
