Usage report of Webinar is empty

Hi,

This morning I've organised a webinar with 50 pax.

After the webinar I'va visited de usage report but is empty, without any information.

The system show me the total users (53) but impossible to now who was connected in this session.

Any ideas to solve this?

Hi there,

 

sorry to hear the usage report showed up empty. So to see who attended the Webinar, you'd need to extract the Webinar Attendee Report. If you navigate to the Report tab > WebinarAttendee you can select for which Webinar you'd like to extract this for. 

 

From this report, you will also be able to see who attended, when they joined and when they left the session.
