Upgraded to 3000 attendees but can't transfer an existing event

Hi all,

We upgraded from having 1000 capacity for webinar events to 3000, but there isn't an option to transfer an existing event to the 3000 capacity (the reason we paid for the upgrade)

I can crate an event in the 3000 hub and transfer it down to 1000, but can't transfer up to 3000.

Can anyone help? Did we upgrade in the wrong way?

You should be able to move an event from 1000 to 3000, not the other way around. But you can’t move an event that is currently in progress (published).
