Limit Webinar Recordings Access To Emails in A List

Hello

 

We use Zoom webinars and allow access to a recording of the live webinar for 30 days after the live event. We set the settings to automatically approve, as manual approval would prove to difficult.  Is there a way of limiting the approval only to those registering with an email on a list - eg like a guest list, so people not imputting an email on the list would not be approved to view the recording?

 

Any thoughts or work arounds outside Zoom would be appreciated.

Yes! Simply turn on Webinar On-Demand in your webinar setup:

After your event, you can open your webinar's Recording details, click the Share button in the upper right corner, and make adjustments to the options, including toggling on/off the On-Demand setup (which requires viewers to provide an email to watch):
