How to launch a video/music for participants while still in the practice session with panellists

Hi there, I'd like to know if it's possible to launch a video/music visible to participants already connected to a webinar that is not yet live. The idea is to show to the participants some welcoming messages and/or music while the organization is talking to panellists in the practice session to set all the details before going live.
