Can I create a webinar template from a previous webinar?  If so, how?

Yes you can set a webinar as a template that you can use for future scheduling.

I saw that article. The problem is I don't see any buttons marked as "save as template." I can see it when I am creating a new webinar, but when looking at a  webinar that has already been presented.

Unfortunately, Webinar template can only be created when scheduling a new one. 

However that is a good feature and the Community is not tracking feature request.
