share sound

Hi. this is very recent. When I share a video, I can't share the sound with other people if I have my headphones connected to the computer. I've tried many changed on zoom, but I can't fix it. Or do I have to change something on the computer? help, please. Thanks

This is something that drives me crazy about Zoom and I don't know how to make it easier. EVERY TIME you want to share something with sound, go to Share, click once on the screen you want to share. It will pop up to the right in the sharing window, and below it you have to click on "Share sound" or "Optimize for video clip" (I generally check both). Then share your screen.   If you accidentally double click and the shared screen pops up before you do this, go to the tool bar at the top of the screen and click on the 3 dots: ...  (More), then on Share computer sound, then on Mono. You may have to do this every time you share something with sound. I've found that in the course of a meeting, sometimes the sound stays on and sometimes I have to do it again.

Please make sure you've selected the "Share Sound" option when sharing a video clip on the right side of the screen.

Thanks but the sound is shared only if I disconnect my headphones. Any ideas what it could be?
