how do I solve the problem when in a meeting as host my language / speaking is time-shifted. I speak but the others see and hear it later. What is the reason? How can i fix it?

are you using third party software like OBS to interact with Zoom?

How is your internet bandwidth? 

Does that happen when you have your video on? Are you using virtual backgrounds?
