Hello, I was hoping someone in Zoom Support could help me with a zoom recording issue I just experienced. My colleagues and I were just on a zoom meeting, I recorded and once it was almost complete, a zoom screen popped up stating "zoom unexpectedly crashed". I am not able to locate my recorded meeting. Would anyone be able to assist, I did look in my zoom cloud and local recordings and it is not showing up.

@DanielaJuarez27 – I hate it when that happens! Fortunately, not too often.
This Zoom Support article can help you in detail. Scroll down to How to access and convert local recording files with the desktop client. That should get you the part that was recorded when the crash occurred.
