Screen sharing-unwanted pauses

Once I start a screen share and then go to play a slideshow, the screen share pauses and I cannot resume it. These unwanted pauses only happen when I play a slideshow (and it takes over the full screen).

Hi @VyMs! On your Zoom screen, do you see an option to unpause screen share?

I don't think so. I do see that it says that sharing has stopped.

I am also having this problem.  I use Google Slides to share screen each week for 4 years.  Only this past week has this problem started. macOS Monterey version 12.6. I have tried to share screen starting from the Google slides, then going to slideshow  full screen; open slideshow to full screen then sharing; clicking on Optimize for Video sharing/ not optimizing... and each time when I go to Slideshow, Share Screen Pauses.  I am using version 5.11.11 (10514). and it's only started pausing share screen this week. It does not happen when I share a Quicktime Video nor when I share a Keynote slideshow.    I cannot call into tech support because I have a company shared license through mybsf.org

Also, I cannot Unpause while in this mode.
