When i'm screen sharing both me and the other person cant view the video thats playing all we can see is a black screen. How can we resolve this issue

I am having the same issue. I have been on the phone with apple and they say to call zoom. I can't call zoom due to my plan. I could lose my job if I cannot resolve.
