I would like to know if it is possible to activate the  automated subtitles when you are not the host of the meeting?

Yes meeting participants can self enable captions. Only criteria is that the feature is enabled. Please follow this article for the steps:

I have another question. Is it possible to see only the person who ask for the subtitles instead of all the participants?

Hi @MABE 

 

Yes thats the behavior. A person who enables the captions will see it in their preferred language. Other participants of the meetings will only see a message that someone enabled Captions.
